Claims (14)
- 患者の大腿骨の切除した遠位部に植え込むための大腿骨インプラントであって、
前記大腿骨の前方切除部に対応する、前方内側関節面、前方外側関節面、前方膝蓋大腿チャネルおよび前方内面を備える前方部分と、
前記大腿骨の遠位切除に対応する、遠位関節面および遠位内面を備える、遠位内側部分と、
前記大腿骨の少なくとも1つの後方切除部に対応する、後方内側関節面および少なくとも1つの後方内側内面を備える、後方内側部分と、
前記大腿骨の移行切除部に対応する、移行部内側関節面、移行部膝蓋大腿チャネル、移行部外側関節面、および移行部内面を備える、前記大腿骨と前記大腿骨インプラントとの間の移行部分であって、前記移行部内面が、前記移行部外側関節面の切断部を形成するように前記移行部外側関節面と交差する、移行部分と、
を備え、
前記前方内面、前記遠位内面および前記移行部内面の面が、インプラントの位置決めの基準となるインプラント点で交差する、大腿骨インプラント。 - 切除した大腿骨上に取り付けるためのインプラントであって、前記大腿骨の前記前方切除部が切除の基準となる移行点を含み、前記大腿骨の前記前方切除部が、前記大腿骨に関して所定の量の内旋/外旋の回転で方向付けされ、前記大腿骨の前記遠位切除部が、実質的に前記移行点と交差し、前記移行点に対して所定の量の内反/外反の回転で方向付けされ、
前記大腿骨の前記移行切除部の配置が、前記移行切除部に対応するスロットを含み前記前方および遠位切除部上の内側または外側方向に前記前方切除部および前記遠位切除部と滑り接触する、切除ガイドを動かし、前記移行部外側関節面と当接する骨が前記大腿骨の外側顆の関節面に滑らかな移行部を形成する位置を決定することによって決定される、請求項1に記載のインプラント。 - 内面から延びる少なくとも1つのペグをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記インプラントの構成が、前記インプラントではなく前記膝の外側顆が実質的に0度と実質的に90度の間の膝の屈曲で脛骨に当接するようになっている、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 膝蓋骨または膝蓋骨インプラントが、実質的に0度と実質的に70度の間の屈曲で前記インプラントの膝蓋大腿チャネルを追って移動する、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 脛骨に取り付けるための、また前記インプラントに対して関節をなすための、脛骨コンポーネントをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一つによるインプラントの準備として、患者の大腿骨に遠位切除を行うための器具であって、
前記大腿骨の前方切除部上の移行点に対応する、器具インデックスと、
遠位切除ガイド面およびロッド連結部分であって、該ロッド連結部分が、髄内または髄外ロッドに調節可能に連結し、それにより、前記遠位切除ガイド面の方向付けが、前記ロッドに対する前記器具の方向付けを調節しながら、前記インデックスを前記移行点と実質的に位置合わせされた状態に維持することによって、前記大腿骨の前記移行点に対して内反/外反の回転において調節可能である、遠位切除ガイド面およびロッド連結部分とを備え、
それにより、前記遠位切除ガイド面が、前記インデックスが前記移行点に対応するときに前記大腿骨の内側顆上に遠位切除部を形成するように、適切に位置決めされ方向付けされ、前記器具が、前記ロッドに対して内反/外反方向に適切に方向付けされる、器具。 - 前記器具のインデックスが、膝の前方切除部の外側部分の最遠位点に配置された移行点に対応するためのものである、請求項7に記載の器具。
- 前記ロッド連結部分が、髄内ロッドを受けるコレットを備える、請求項7に記載の器具。
- 前記前方切除および前記遠位切除に対してある角度で位置決めされ方向付けされた移行部切除を形成する、移行部切除ガイド面をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の器具。
- 前記遠位切除ガイド面が、のこ歯および切削加工デバイスのうち1つを案内するためのものである、請求項8に記載の器具。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一つによるインプラントの準備として、患者の大腿骨を切除するための切除ガイドであって、
前記大腿骨の遠位切除部に接触する遠位切除当接面と、
前記大腿骨の前方切除部に接触する前方切除当接面と、
前記大腿骨の移行切除部を案内する移行部切除ガイド面と、
前記切除ガイドに寸法が対応するインプラントの外側端部に対応する位置で、前記切除ガイド上に配置されるインデックスと、を備え、
それにより、前記切除ガイドの前記当接面を前記前方切除部および前記遠位切除部と接触させ、前記インデックスが前記移行部切除ガイド面の適切な内側/外側位置合わせを示す点まで、前記ガイドを大腿骨の内側または外側方向に移動させることによって移行部切除を行うために、前記移行部切除ガイド面を前記遠位切除部および前記前方切除部に対して適切に位置決めすることができる、切除ガイド。 - 面取り切除部を案内する面取り切除ガイド面をさらに備える、請求項12に記載の切除ガイド。
- 前記面取り切除ガイド面および前記移行部切除ガイド面が、実質的に平面であり、線に沿って交差する、請求項13に記載の切除ガイド。
