Description

本発明は、固体の粉砕のためのデバイスに向けられる。より具体的には、本発明は、円錐形状衝撃式ミルに関する。
そこで、従来技術の円錐形状の衝撃式ギャップ調節可能粉砕ミルに関連した問題に対処する、新たな衝撃式ミルが開発された。
衝撃式ミル100は、下位ベース部セクション1a、中央筐体セクション1bおよび頂部筐体セクション1cの、3つの筐体セクションを含む。下位ベース部セクション1aは、ロータ3が回転可能に装着される軸受筐体2を保持する。中央筐体セクション1bは、下位筐体セクション1a内に同心円状に入れ子状となり(7)、上位筐体セクション1cに対し、同心円状の垂直整合を提供する。2つの筐体セクションの取り外し可能な接続のために、複数のボルト8が提供される。頂部筐体セクション1cは、円錐グラインディングトラックアセンブリ5に同心円状の先細りした入れ子を提供する。円錐グラインディングトラックアセンブリ5は、その下端部6で頂部筐体セクション1cにしっかりと接続される。ロータ3は、ロータシャフトの下端部に提供されたベルト32および滑車4を用いて、モータ34により駆動される
頂部セクション1cは、円錐グラインディングトラックアセンブリ5を含む。グラインディングトラックアセンブリ5は、切頭コーンの形状を有する。グラインディングトラックアセンブリ5は、ロータ3に締結されたグラインディングナイフ3aとグラインディングトラックアセンブリ5との間にグラインディングギャップSが形成されるように、ロータ3を包囲する。頂部セクション1cはまた、中央筐体セクション1b内で軸方向に移動されてもよい、下向きに整合した円筒形カラー11を含む。円筒形カラー11は、頂部セクション1cの一体部品を形成する。円筒形カラー11の上端部には、外向きに整合したフランジ12が提供される。複数のスペーサブロック14が、フランジ12と、中央セクション1bの上端部に配置されるさらなるフランジ13との間に配置される。これにより、スペーサブロック14は、フランジ12とフランジ13との間の軸方向の設置を決める。
Claims (3)
- ベース部を備えている衝撃式ミルであって、軸受筐体内に回転可能に装着されているロータが該ベース部上に配置され、該ロータは、回転軸と同軸の上向きに整合している円錐表面部を有し、該衝撃式ミルには、ミルケーシングが提供され、円錐グラインディングトラックアセンブリは、該ミルケーシング内に位置し、該ロータを包囲することにより、円錐グラインディング経路を形成し、該ミルケーシングは、下向きに整合している円筒形カラーを有し、該円筒形カラーは、軸方向に調節され得ることにより、該ミルケーシングの内側筐体表面上に配置されている複数の衝撃ナイフと相補的な複数の衝撃ナイフが提供されている該ロータの間にグラインディングギャップを設定し、該円錐トラックアセンブリには、鋸歯状の衝撃表面が提供され、該衝撃表面の鋸歯状部は、ロータ軸の平面上の線として投影し、該ロータ軸に対する勾配を形成する、衝撃式ミル。
- 前記勾配は、前記ロータの回転の方向において正であり、原料は、前記鋸歯状部が前記ロータ軸と同軸状に突出する場合よりも低い程度に粉砕される、請求項1に記載の衝撃式ミル。
- 前記勾配は、前記ロータの回転の方向において負であり、原料は、前記鋸歯状部が前記ロータ軸と同軸状に突出する場合よりも高い程度に粉砕される、請求項1に記載の衝撃式ミル。
