Description
使用されたすべての原材料は市販されているものである。光物理測定に用いられた溶剤は高速液体クロマトグラフィーグレードの溶剤である。北京の中国科学院化学研究所にて元素分析を行った。Finnigan Mat 95質量分析スペクトル装置によって高速原子衝突(FAB)質量分析スペクトルを得、1H(300MHzまたは400MHz)NMRスペクトルがBruker社のDPX300及びAvance400 FT−NMRスペクトル装置によって記録され、UV−VisスペクトルがPerkin−Elmer社のLambda 19UV/vis分光光度計によって記録され、Hamamatsu R928 PMT測定装置の有するSpex 1681 Flurolog−2 F111型の分光光度計によって298Kの安定発光及びレーザスペクトル並びに石英基板における光ルミネセンスを得た。特に説明しない限り、光物理測定に用いられたすべての溶液は真空チューブにおいて少なくとも4回の冷凍−真空化−解凍循環によって脱泡された。Quanta−Ray Q−switch DCR−3Nd:YAGパルスレーザシステムによって発光寿命を測定した。発光量子収量は[Ru(bpy)3](PF6)2の脱泡アセトニトリル溶液 (bpy = 2,2’−ジピリジル)を標準として(φr=0.062)測定され、等式φs=φr(Br/Bs)(ns/nr)2(Ds/Dr)によって計算された。下つきs及びrは、サンプル及び参照標準溶液をそれぞれ示し、nは溶剤の屈折率であり、Dは累積強度であり、φは発光量子収量である。数量Bは等式B = 1-10-ALによって算出され、Aは励起波長処の吸光度であり、Lは光路長である。波長値(1nm)及びφ(10%)には誤差を見込む。
Claims (2)
- エレクトロルミネセンス層を含む有機発光ダイオード(OLED)であって、前記エレクトロルミネセンス層は、以下の構造を含む四座ビス(N−ヘテロ環状カルベン)アルキリデン基配位子白金(II)配位化合物を含む、有機発光ダイオード。
R 1 〜R 8 はそれぞれ水素、フルオロ、クロロ、ブロモ、ヨード、ヒドロキシル基、アルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アリール基、アシル基、アルコキシ基、アシロキシ基、アシルアミノ基、アラルキル基、シアノ基、スチリル基、アミノカルボニル基、アリーロキシカルボニル基、フェノキシカルボニル基またはアルコキシカルボニル基であり、
R 1 〜R 8 のうちの少なくとも1つは水素ではなく、
XはOである。 - 前記四座ビス(N−ヘテロ環状カルベン)アルキリデン基配位子白金(II)配位化合物は、希薄溶液において無構造の青色発光を有し、λmaxが470nmより低く、量子収量φが5%より高い、請求項1に記載の有機発光ダイオード。
