Claims (16)
- ノズル(10)と、少なくとも一つのプロペラブレード(22)を備えるプロペラ(20)と、を含み、前記少なくとも一つのプロペラブレード(22)はプロペラ軸を中心に回転可能であり、前記少なくとも一つのプロペラブレード(22)は、前記プロペラ軸を中心にした回転を通してプロペラ領域にわたってつながり、前記少なくとも一つのプロペラブレード(22)はプロペラブレード端部領域(23)を含み、前記プロペラ(20)は、プロペラノズル(100、200)の円周方向に円周状の間隙(40)を前記プロペラブレード端部領域(23)とノズルの内壁(12)との間に形成する方式で前記ノズル(10)の内部に配置され、前記間隙(40)は周辺流動(33)の通過を許容し、前記周辺流動(33)は前記ノズルの内壁(12)の領域で流動する、水上運送手段に使用されるプロペラノズル(100、200)であって、
流動案内手段が前記周辺流動(33)の少なくとも一部を前記プロペラ領域側に案内するために設けられ、
前記ノズル(10)は前記プロペラ(20)についてピボット可能に構成され、前記流動案内手段と前記プロペラブレード端部領域(23)との前記間隙(40)がピボット角度(α)で5゜まで一定になるように互いの形状が一致するように構成されることを特徴とするプロペラノズル。 - 前記流動案内手段は前記ノズルの内壁(12)上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記流動案内手段は、前記間隙(40)の直ぐの上流方向及び/又は直ぐの下流方向に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記流動案内手段は前記ノズル(10)の円周方向に円周状に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記流動案内手段は、前記ノズルの内壁(12)から離れるよう前記ノズルの中心部側に前記周辺流動(33)を案内するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記流動案内手段は前記ノズルの内壁(12)にリセスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記リセスは、前記ノズル(10)の縦断面図から見ると、階段状輪郭、傾斜状輪郭、又は湾曲状輪郭を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記リセスは前記ノズルの内壁(12)の湾入部(15)として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記湾入部(15)は、前記ノズル(10)の縦断面図から見ると、同一の曲率を有する円弧として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記湾入部(15)は球状に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記流動案内手段は、前記ノズルの内壁(12)から突出する一つ以上の突出体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記少なくとも一つのプロペラブレード(22)の前記プロペラブレード端部領域(23)は、前記流動案内手段の形状に対応する形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記流動案内手段と前記プロペラブレード端部領域(23)との前記間隙(40)は、ピボット角度(α)で10゜まで一定になるように互いの形状が一致するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記プロペラブレード端部領域(23)は前記流動案内手段の領域内に拡張されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記流動案内手段は、前記プロペラブレード端部領域(23)と協力してラビリンスシールとして作用させるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のプロペラノズル。
- 前記流動案内手段はノズルの内壁からノズルの中心部に向かう方向やプロペラ領域に周辺流動を案内する、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のプロペラノズル。
