Description
油インジェクション管を密閉容器に貫通し、固定スクロールの鏡板部に設けた油注入用ポートに接続した油注入機構部を備え、前記固定スクロールと噛み合う旋回スクロールで非対称ラップ型の圧縮室を形成するヘリウム用密閉形スクロール圧縮機において、
前記油注入用ポートが旋回外側圧縮室に連通する第一の旋回角度範囲をθ1、
前記油注入用ポートが旋回内側圧縮室に連通する第二の旋回角度範囲をθ2、
前記旋回外側圧縮室の行程容積をVth1、前記旋回内側圧縮室の行程容積をVth2
としたとき、
θ1/θ2≒Vth1/Vth2
となるように前記固定スクロール部の歯溝底面に前記油注入用ポートの開口部を設定したものである。

Claims (4)
- 油インジェクション管を密閉容器に貫通し、固定スクロールの鏡板部に設けた油注入用ポートに接続した油注入機構部を備え、前記固定スクロールと噛み合う旋回スクロールで非対称ラップ型の圧縮室を形成するヘリウム用密閉形スクロール圧縮機において、
前記油注入用ポートが旋回外側圧縮室に連通する第一の旋回角度範囲をθ1、
前記油注入用ポートが旋回内側圧縮室に連通する第二の旋回角度範囲をθ2、
前記旋回外側圧縮室の行程容積をVth1、前記旋回内側圧縮室の行程容積をVth2としたとき、
θ1/θ2≒Vth1/Vth2
となるように前記固定スクロール部の歯溝底面に前記油注入用ポートの開口部を設定した
ことを特徴とするヘリウム用密閉形スクロール圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、
前記開口部の中心が、前記歯溝底面の中央から外側寄りに配設された
ことを特徴とするヘリウム用密閉形スクロール圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、
前記開口部が、前記固定スクロールの径方向に伸長した長穴形状である
ことを特徴とするヘリウム用密閉形スクロール圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、
前記開口部の中心位置を、前記固定スクロールのラップ巻終り端部に対して、巻き角度にして1.5π〜2π[rad]だけ内周側に位置させた
ことを特徴とするヘリウム用密閉形スクロール圧縮機。
