Claims (5)
- 一端に上部開口を有し、他端に下部開口を有する容器本体と、
前記上部開口を閉塞する上部蓋部材と、
前記容器本体の内部に配置される角管と、
燃料集合体の側面を覆った状態で、垂直にした状態の前記角管内部に吊り降ろして挿入される燃料ホルダと、
前記角管に設けられ、前記角管内部において前記燃料ホルダを前記角管の内壁面に押し付ける押付部材と、を備え、
前記燃料ホルダの一端部を、前記燃料ホルダの内方に向けて傾斜するテーパ状に形成する一方、
前記角管の一端部に、前記燃料ホルダの一端部の形状に合致する凹部を有した第1ガイド部材を設けており、
前記容器本体は、
前記角管が挿入される内筒部と、
前記内筒部の壁面のうち前記容器本体が横置きされる場合に底面となる面の内壁面に、前記角管の挿入方向に沿って設けられたガイドレールと、
前記角管にばねを介して取り付けられ、かつ、該角管の前記内筒部への挿入の際に前記ガイドレールをスライド可能なスライド板と、
前記下部開口を閉塞する下部蓋部材と、
前記下部蓋部材と第1ガイド部材との間に設けられた支持ばね機構と、
を備え、
前記角管を垂直にした状態で前記燃料ホルダを前記角管内部に吊り降ろして挿入すると、前記燃料ホルダの一端部が前記第1ガイド部材の凹部に誘導され、かつ、前記燃料ホルダの装荷作業を行う際に前記角管の荷重を前記支持ばね機構によって受け、さらに、輸送時には前記角管に伝わる振動を抑制することを特徴とする燃料集合体の輸送容器。 - 前記燃料ホルダの外周形状及び前記角管の内周形状がともに四角形状を成し、
前記燃料ホルダの一端部が前記第1ガイド部材の凹部に誘導されることにより、前記燃料ホルダが前記角管の2つの内壁面に接した状態に配置されるように構成され、
前記角管内部において、前記押付部材によって前記燃料ホルダが前記角管の2つの内壁面に押し付けられた状態で収納されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料集合体の輸送容器。 - 前記燃料ホルダは、
長手方向に垂直な断面形状がL字形状である2枚の板材の端部同士が蝶番を介して回動自在に連結されたものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料集合体の輸送容器。 - 前記角管は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金にボロン又はボロン化合物を添加した材料から構成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の燃料集合体の輸送容器。
- 前記燃料ホルダの他端部を、前記燃料ホルダの内方に向けて傾斜するテーパ状に形成する一方、
前記角管の他端部に、前記燃料ホルダの他端部に合致する凹部を有した第2ガイド部材を備え、
前記燃料ホルダの一端部が前記第1ガイド部の凹部に誘導され、且つ、前記燃料ホルダの前記他端部が前記第2ガイド部の凹部に誘導されることにより、前記燃料ホルダが前記角管の2つの内壁面に接した状態に配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか一つに記載の燃料集合体の輸送容器。
