Description
透明ソーダ石灰ガラスの二つの試料をコスパッタリングによりSiO2(Al):Agの層で被覆した。二つの金属ターゲットをアルゴンと酸素の混合雰囲気中で使用した:第一のターゲットは8%Alをドープされたケイ素から構成され、第二のターゲットは金属銀ターゲットであった。層への電力供給は第一試料に対しては層中に0.5原子%のAgを得るためにかつ第二試料に対しては層中に1原子%のAgを得るために調節された。層厚は第一試料に対しては80nmであり、第二試料に対しては150nmであった。
透明ソーダ石灰ガラスの二つの試料を二つの金属ターゲット(SnとAg)を用いてコスパッタリングによりSnO2−Agの層で被覆した。層の厚さはそれぞれ80と40nmであり、付着したAgの量はそれぞれ2と30mg/m2である。抗細菌効果は前の実施例と同じ方法で測定された。log4.4と4.5の値が得られた。
透明ソーダ石灰ガラスの二つの試料を二つの金属ターゲット(ZrとAg)を用いてコスパッタリングによりZrO2−Agの層で被覆した。層への電力供給は第一試料に対しては1.2原子%のAgを、第二試料に対しては3.4原子%のAgを得るために調節された。抗細菌効果は前の実施例と同じ方法で測定された。両試料に対しlog4の値が得られた。
SnO2−Agのコスパッタリングを二つの異なる基板上に付着した。付着されたAgの量は表面のm2当り46mgに達し、混合層の厚さは17nmである。

Claims (9)
- 抗微生物特性を有するガラスタイプの基板の製造方法において、前記製造方法が、少なくとも一つの混合層を真空プロセス下でのスパッタリングによって付着する段階からなり、前記混合層が、基板のm2当たり2〜250mgの少なくとも一種の銀、銅及び亜鉛から選ばれる金属性抗微生物剤、及び前記金属性抗微生物剤と混合された結合材料であるSnO 2 を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 付着する段階の前に、基板を、抗微生物剤の拡散を減速するまたは阻止する機能を持つアンダー層で被覆する段階を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 基板を、ZrO2に基づく第一層と、TiO2に基づく第二層を含むアンダー層で覆うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- アンダー層が熱分解及びスパッター層の中から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 基板が後の段階で焼戻しされ、焼戻し処理の後でも抗微生物性を保つことを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 焼戻しが、被覆された基板の厚さに応じて5〜15分間600〜800℃の温度でおこなわれることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 基板が焼戻し後にアニールされることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 次の細菌:大腸菌、黄色ブドウ球菌、緑膿菌の少なくとも一つに対して、(標準規格JIS Z 2801に従って測定すると)log1より高い殺細菌効果を持つ基板を製造することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 二つの別個のターゲットが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
