Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る集電装置を用いたダンプトラックを示す斜視図である。図2は、図1の集電装置を延伸した状態を示す説明図である。図3は、図1の上面図である。ダンプトラック1は、架線あり区間では集電装置により給電された電力によって電動機を駆動して駆動輪を回転駆動する、いわゆるトロリーアシスト方式の集電装置付運搬車両である。
図4は、本実施形態に係るダンプトラックの自走駆動源の一例を示す説明図である。図4に示したように、車両本体3は、車台30上に、制御装置4と、発電機35と、内燃機関であるエンジン34と、ステアリング36と、モータ33とを含んでいる。そして、発電機35は、エンジン34と接続され、エンジン34の動力により電力を発生する自走駆動源である。
図5は、本実施形態に係るダンプトラックの制御ブロックの一例を示す説明図である。図6は、本実施形態に係るダンプトラックの走行路の一例を示す説明図である。図7及び図8は、本実施形態に係るダンプトラックの制御手順の一例を示すフローチャートである。制御装置4は、パンタグラフ位置検出器91と、障害物検出器92と、車両本体位置計測器95と、通信装置93と、モータ33と、ステアリング36と、パンタグラフ制御アクチュエータ74と、に接続されている。制御装置4は、CPU(Central Processing Unit:中央演算装置)とメモリとを含むコンピュータシステムである。制御装置4は、走行路情報生成手段41と、走行制御手段42と、パンタグラフ制御手段43と、通信制御手段44とを含んでいる。
図11は、本実施形態に係る集電装置を用いたダンプトラックを示す側面図である。図12は、図11の集電装置を延伸した状態を示す説明図である。ダンプトラック2は、運転台38を車台30に有する有人ダンプトラックである。このため、ダンプトラック2の車両本体3は、有人運搬車両となる。上述したものと同じ部材には同一の符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。ダンプトラック2は、例えば鉱山等で使用される。

Claims (5)
- 荷物を積載するベッセルと、
延伸して前記ベッセルの上方に配置される架線から電力を受け、縮退して前記ベッセルの下方に配置される集電装置と、
前記集電装置からの電力と、自走駆動源と、の少なくとも1つにより駆動輪を回転駆動とし、前記ベッセルを載置する車両本体と、
を含み、
縮退した前記集電装置は、前記ベッセルの上面視の外形よりも内側に配置されている、集電装置付運搬車両。 - 前記集電装置は、前記車両本体の進行方向の前方側及び後方側にそれぞれ配置される請求項1に記載の集電装置付運搬車両。
- 前記集電装置は、前記車両本体の進行方向の前方側及び後方側のうち坂道の傾斜上側を延伸して架線から電力を受ける請求項2に記載の集電装置付運搬車両。
- 前記車両本体が運転台のない無人運搬車両である請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の集電装置付運搬車両。
- 前記集電装置は、前記架線と摺接するスライダと、前記スライダが取り付けられる第1のアームと、前記第1のアームと関節で連結され、かつ縮退して折り畳まれて前記第1のアームを収容する第2のアームと、を含む請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の集電装置付運搬車両。
