Description
図1〜図3は本発明の一実施形態を示す。この実施形態は、本発明に係るシールド電線の接続構造をシールドコネクタ1に適用したものである。図1(a)において、シールドコネクタ1は、インナーハウジング2と、このインナーハウジング2内に収容された接続端子3と、インナーハウジング2の外周を被うシールドシェル10とを備えている。
図4は、シールド加締め部12Aの変形例を示す。この変形例のシールド加締め部12Aでは、底面壁12aの2つの穴13の周囲で、且つ、電線引っ張り方向Pの下流側がローレット加工されないローレット未加工面14とされている。一方の帯状体12bの2つの穴13の周囲は、全てローレット加工されたローレット加工面15に形成されている。

Claims (2)
- シールド電線のシールド導体をシールド加締め部で加締めて接続するシールド電線の接続構造であって、
前記シールド加締め部には、穴が設けられていると共に、前記シールド加締め部の電線接触面は、前記穴の周囲で、且つ、電線引っ張り方向の下流側の領域が少なくともローレット加工しないローレット未加工面であり、他の領域がローレット加工によるローレット加工面に形成されていることを特徴とするシールド電線の接続構造。 - 請求項1記載のシールド電線の接続構造であって、
前記穴の周囲は、電線引っ張り方向の上流側の領域がローレット加工面に形成され、電線引っ張り方向の下流側の領域がローレット未加工面であることを特徴とするシールド電線(W)の接続構造。
