Claims (26)
- 炭化水素流動接触分解プロセスで、クラッキング触媒と共に使用される硫黄低減添加組成物であって、
前記添加組成物は、モンモリロナイトクレイ微粒子から成る支持材を含み、
前記支持材はその表面に、
(a)亜鉛である第1の金属成分と、
(b)ジルコニウム、または、ガリウムである第2の金属成分と、
が付着したことを特徴とする添加組成物。 - 前記第1の金属成分は、インシピエント・ウェットネス法によって前記支持材の表面上に含浸することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記第2の金属成分は、インシピエント・ウェットネス法によって前記支持材の表面上に含浸することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記硫黄低減添加組成物は、前記添加組成物の全重量に対して、1から10重量パーセントの亜鉛を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記硫黄低減添加組成物は、前記添加組成物の全重量に対して、1から5重量パーセントのジルコニウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記硫黄低減添加組成物は、前記添加組成物の全重量に対して、1から5重量パーセントのガリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記硫黄低減添加組成物の濃度は、前記クラッキング触媒の5から20重量パーセントであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の添加組成物。
- 前記硫黄低減添加組成物の濃度は、前記クラッキング触媒の8から15重量パーセントであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の添加組成物。
- 流動接触分解プロセスから得られたガソリン留分の硫黄分を低減する方法であって、
硫黄低減添加組成物の存在下で、従来のクラッキング触媒が炭化水素供給材料に接触することを含み、
前記添加組成物は、モンモリロナイトクレイ微粒子から成る支持材を含み、前記支持材はその表面に、
(a)亜鉛である第1の金属成分と、
(b)ジルコニウム、または、ガリウムである第2の金属成分と、
が付着することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1の金属成分は、インシピエント・ウェットネス法を使用して、前記支持材の表面上に含浸することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
