Description
Claims (4)
- 直流電力を出力する蓄電部と、
前記蓄電部と外部とを接続する正側の配線を遮断する第1スイッチ素子と、
外部から前記蓄電部へ電流を流す方向に前記第1スイッチ素子と並列に接続されたダイオードと、
前記第1スイッチ素子の両端の電圧を検知する電圧検知部と、
前記電圧検知部で検知された電圧が所定値以上となった場合に前記第1スイッチ素子を開くスイッチ制御部と、
前記蓄電部と外部とを接続する負側の配線に互いに逆向きに配置され前記負側の配線を遮断する第3スイッチ素子および第4スイッチ素子と、
前記外部から前記蓄電部へ電流を流す方向に前記第3スイッチ素子と並列に接続された第3ダイオードと、
前記第3スイッチ素子の両端の電圧を検知する第3電圧検知部と、
前記第3電圧検知部で検知された電圧が所定値以上となった場合に、前記第3スイッチ素子を開く第3スイッチ制御部と、
前記外部から前記蓄電部へ電流を流す方向に前記第4スイッチ素子と並列に接続された第4ダイオードと、
前記第4スイッチ素子の両端の電圧を検知する第4電圧検知部と、
前記第4電圧検知部で検知された電圧が所定値以上となった場合に、前記第4スイッチ素子を開く第4スイッチ制御部と、を備える蓄電装置。 - 前記第1スイッチ素子、第3スイッチ素子、および、第4スイッチ素子は、炭化ケイ素の半導体層を含むノーマリオフ型の接合型電界効果トランジスタである請求項1記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第1スイッチ素子、第3スイッチ素子、および、第4スイッチ素子近傍の温度を検知する温度検知部と、
前記第1スイッチ素子、第3スイッチ素子、および、第4スイッチ素子を冷却する冷却部と、をさらに有し、
前記制御部は、前記温度検知部から通知された温度情報に基づいて前記冷却部を制御する請求項1記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記正側の配線において前記第1スイッチ素子と逆向きに接続され、前記正側の配線を遮断する第2スイッチ素子と、
前記蓄電部から外部へ電流を流す方向に前記第2スイッチ素子と並列に接続された第2ダイオードと、
前記第2スイッチ素子の両端の電圧を検知する第2電圧検知部と、
前記第2電圧検知部で検知された電圧が所定値以上となった場合に前記第2スイッチ素子を開く第2スイッチ制御部と、をさらに備える請求項1又は請求項2記載の蓄電装置。
