Claims (5)
- 回転軸に設けられた回転ディスクと、その回転ディスクに対向して設けられて当該回転ディスクと摺動する固定スラスト部材とを備え、前記固定スラスト部材の摺動面と前記回転ディスクとの間に水を供給して、スラスト荷重を受ける水潤滑用スラスト軸受の構造において、
前記固定スラスト部材を、セラミックス又はカーボン材の耐摩耗材料で形成されると共に、前記摺動面を有する固定摺動部材と、ステンレス材又はアルミニウムの金属材料で形成されると共に、前記固定摺動部材と分割形成され、前記固定摺動部材の反摺動面側に接合される裏金とで構成し、前記固定摺動部材の前記裏金との接合面に断面円弧状の潤滑水供給溝を形成したことを特徴とする水潤滑用スラスト軸受の構造。 - 固定摺動部材の摺動面に、上記潤滑水供給溝から供給された潤滑水を摺動面の径方向外周及び円周方向に供給する保水溝を形成した請求項1に記載の水潤滑用スラスト軸受の構造。
- 固定摺動部材の摺動面に、高さの相違する隣接した面を摺動面の円周方向に形成した請求項1又は2に記載の水潤滑用スラスト軸受の構造。
- 潤滑水供給溝は、固定摺動部材の裏金との接合面に、外周側から中心の回転軸を挿通する挿通穴に向かうように形成され、その固定摺動部材の挿通穴に潤滑水供給溝からの潤滑水を摺動面に流す潤滑水導入溝が形成され、摺動面に潤滑水導入溝からの潤滑水を径方向外方に流す保水溝が形成されると共に、その保水溝の外周側に保水溝の潤滑水を摺動面に流すための堰を設け、前記固定摺動部材及び前記裏金がボルト締結又はエポキシ系接着剤により固定される請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の水潤滑用スラスト軸受の構造。
- 前記堰を前記摺動面よりも低く形成した請求項4に記載の水潤滑用スラスト軸受の構造。
