Description
ノイズ電圧信号(VNoise1及びVNoise2)間の差が診断ノイズ閾値又は限度より大きい場合には、アース/配線の欠陥に関連する警報を発生するように構成される診断回路が提供される。

Claims (19)
- プロセス流体に接続する1対の電極と、
コモンモード信号を監視するために前記1対の電極に接続され、かつ前記コモンモード信号に関連するラインノイズに基づいて前記1対の電極の少なくとも1つの電極に関連する不完全なアース接続を検出するように構成された診断回路と、を含み、
前記ラインノイズがノイズ閾値を超える場合に、前記診断回路が、不完全な前記アース接続を検出するように構成された、フィールド機器。 - 前記プロセス流体中に起電力(EMF)を誘起するために、前記プロセス流体に磁場を加えるコイルと、
前記1対の電極に接続され、かつ前記EMFに基づいて流体流速を判定するように構成された測定回路と
をさらに含む請求項1に記載のフィールド機器。 - 前記測定回路が、前記1対の電極に接続する少なくとも1つの演算増幅器を含む、請求項2に記載のフィールド機器。
- 前記コモンモード信号に関連する前記ラインノイズがノイズ閾値を超える場合に前記少なくとも1つの演算増幅器が飽和し、かつ飽和した場合に前記少なくとも1つの演算増幅器が前記コモンモード信号を歪ませる、請求項3に記載のフィールド機器。
- 前記診断回路が、前記コモンモード信号中の前記ラインノイズに関連するノイズ振幅を測定するように構成され、かつ前記ノイズ閾値が、前記1対の電極の少なくとも1つの電極に接続される前記少なくとも1つの増幅器を飽和させるのに十分な振幅を示す、請求項4に記載のフィールド機器。
- 前記診断回路が、前記プロセス流体のリークを検出するために差動モード信号を測定するようにさらに構成された、請求項1に記載のフィールド機器。
- パイプ中の流体の流速を測定するための電磁流量計であって、
前記流体を運ぶために前記パイプに接続するように構成される流管と、
前記流体内で起電力(EMF)を誘起するために前記流管に隣接して配置された磁気コイルと、
パイプ内に配置された少なくとも2つの電極であって、その少なくとも2つの電極どうしが互いに電気的に絶縁され、かつ前記流管と電気的に絶縁されている、前記少なくとも2つの電極と、
前記少なくとも2つの電極に接続し、かつ誘起されたEMFに基づいて流速を測定するように構成された測定回路と、
コモンモード信号を監視するために前記少なくとも2つの電極に接続され、かつコモンモード信号に関連するラインノイズがノイズ閾値を超える場合に、不完全な電気的アース接続を検出するように構成された診断回路と、
を含む流量計。 - 前記測定回路が、前記少なくとも2つの電極の少なくとも1個に接続される演算増幅器を含む、請求項7に記載の電磁流量計。
- 前記ノイズ閾値が、前記演算増幅器を飽和させるのに十分な電力レベルを含む、請求項8に記載の電磁流量計。
- 前記診断回路が、差動モードラインノイズを判定するために差動モード信号を監視するようにさらに構成され、前記診断回路が、前記少なくとも2つの電極のうち前記不完全な電気的アース接続を有する特定の電極を特定するために、コモンモードラインノイズ及び差動モードラインノイズを用いるロジックを含む、請求項7に記載の電磁流量計。
- 前記診断回路が、前記コモンモードラインノイズ及び選択された周波数帯域内を監視するように構成された、請求項10に記載の電磁流量計。
- 前記選択された周波数帯域が、約50Hz〜60Hzの周波数帯域を含む、請求項11に記載の電磁流量計。
- 特定の周波数でラインノイズを検出するために、前記選択された周波数帯域が調整可能な、請求項11に記載の電磁流量計。
- 不完全な電気的アース接続の検出に応答して警報を発生するように構成されるロジックをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の電磁流量計。
- パイプに接続し、かつプロセス流体を運ぶように構成された流管と、
前記流管中に伸び、かつ前記プロセス流体に接続された第1及び第2電極と、
前記第1及び第2電極間のコモンモード信号を監視するために、第1及び第2電極に接続された診断回路であって、前記コモンモード信号に関連するコモンモードラインノイズがノイズ閾値を超えた場合に、前記第1及び第2電極のうち少なくとも1つに関連する不完全な電気的アース接続を検出するように構成された前記診断回路と、
を含む電磁流量計。 - 前記プロセス流体内に起電力(EMF)を誘起するために、前記プロセス流体に磁場を加えるように構成されたコイルをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の電磁流量計。
- 前記第1及び第2電極に接続され、かつ前記プロセス流体に関連する流速を判定するために前記EMFを測定するように構成された測定回路をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の電磁流量計。
- 前記診断回路が、前記第1及び第2電極に関連する差動モードラインノイズを監視するようにさらに構成された、請求項15に記載の電磁流量計。
- 前記コモンモードラインノイズ及び前記差動モードラインノイズに基づいて、前記第1及び第2電極のどの電極が前記不完全な電気的アース接続を有するかを判定するように構成されたロジックをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の電磁流量計。
