Claims (6)
- 軸部材と、内周に前記軸部材が挿入された軸受部材と、前記軸部材の外周面から外径に突出して設けられ、回転体が搭載されるハブと、前記ハブと別体に形成され、前記軸部材に固定されたシール部材と、前記軸受部材の外周面と前記シール部材の内周面との間に形成され、前記軸受部材の内部に満たされた潤滑油の漏れ出しを防止するシール空間と、前記軸部材の外周面と前記軸受部材の内周面との間のラジアル軸受隙間に生じる油膜で前記軸部材を回転自在に支持するラジアル軸受部とを備え、
前記シール部材の内周面と前記軸部材の外周面とを隙間を介して嵌合させた流体動圧軸受装置。 - 前記ハブが金属のプレス成形により形成された請求項1記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 前記ハブが前記軸部材の外周面に圧入固定された請求項1又は2に記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 前記軸部材に、前記シール部材の端面に当接する係止部を設けた請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 前記シール部材を、前記軸部材の前記係止部と前記ハブとで挟持固定した請求項4記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 前記回転体がHDDの磁気ディスクである請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
