Description
Claims (5)
- カーボンナノチューブとバインダー樹脂とを含むカーボンナノチューブ分散膜を基体上に形成する第1の工程と、前記カーボンナノチューブ分散膜に含まれる前記バインダー樹脂を所望形状のパターン状に除去して低抵抗化する第2の工程とを備えることを特徴とする導電性パターンの形成方法。
- 前記バインダー樹脂は、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリグリシジルエーテル、ウレタンアクリレート樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電性パターンの形成方法。
- バインダー樹脂を除去する方法は、前記カーボンナノチューブ分散膜上に、エッチングインクを印刷法により所望形状のパターン状に塗布形成した後、前記エッチングインクを水洗することにより、前記カーボンナノチューブ分散膜中の前記バインダー樹脂を除去する方法であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電性パターンの形成方法。
- 前記エッチングインクは、酸と増粘剤と水とを含み、前記酸は、リン酸、硝酸、塩酸、硫酸、塩化鉄から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の導電性パターンの形成方法。
- 基体として透明フィルムを用い、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の形成方法による導電性パターンを前記透明フィルム上に形成したことを特徴とする透明導電性フィルム。
