Claims (14)
- 中心軸が水平方向を向く略円筒状の円筒内周面を有する混練室と、
前記中心軸方向の一方の端部が支持されて前記混練室内に配置される回転体と、
前記回転体の前記一方の端部に接続され、前記中心軸を中心に前記回転体を回転させる駆動部と、
前記回転体の他方の端部の外周を覆い、前記駆動部から離れる方向に向かって縮径する円錐内周面を有し、先端に吐出口を有する吐出部と、
減圧部と、
前記混練室内に開口する排気開口と前記減圧部とを連絡する排気流路と、
を備え、
前記回転体が、
前記中心軸に沿って配置され、前記駆動部により回転するシャフトと、
前記他方の端部において前記シャフトに配置され、前記中心軸を中心とする周方向に対して一方向に傾斜するスクリューを含む押出部材と、
前記シャフトの前記押出部材よりも前記一方の端部側に配置された混練部材と、
を備え、
前記混練部材が、
前記シャフトから前記円筒内周面に向かって延びる複数のアームと、
前記複数のアームの先端に配置され、前記周方向に対して前記一方向に傾斜する複数のブレードと、
を備え、
前記排気開口が、前記混練部材の前記押出部材側の部位、および/または、前記押出部材の前記混練部材側の部位と、前記中心軸を中心とする径方向に対向する、土練装置。 - 前記混練部材および前記押出部材の回転軌跡の外周面が、前記排気開口の位置において、前記排気開口の前記一方の端部側および前記他方の端部側よりも、前記円筒内周面および/または前記円錐内周面から離れている、土練装置。
- 前記回転軌跡の前記外周面が、前記中心軸方向に連続し、かつ、前記中心軸方向における前記排気開口の位置を除いて前記円筒内周面および前記円錐内周面に近接する、請求項1または2に記載の土練装置。
- 前記排気流路が、開閉可能な蓋部を備える中間室、をさらに備える、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の土練装置。
- 前記蓋部が透明である、請求項4に記載の土練装置。
- 前記混練室が、
混練室本体と、
前記混練室本体の上部に設けられた投入口を塞ぐ本体蓋部と、
を備え、
前記本体蓋部の前記吐出部側の壁部と、前記混練室本体または前記吐出部との間に、前記排気開口から上方に延びる隙間が設けられ、
前記排気流路が、前記蓋部本体の前記壁部に設けられた排気孔を構成する部位、を含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の土練装置。 - 前記排気孔の数が複数である、請求項6に記載の土練装置。
- 前記スクリューの前記混練部材側の端部が、前記排気開口の下方に位置し、かつ、外周部が前記円筒内周面から離れている、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の土練装置。
- 前記回転体と前記駆動部とが、前記混練室内にて分離可能である、請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の土練装置。
- 中心軸が水平方向を向く略円筒状の円筒内周面を有する混練室と、
前記中心軸方向の一方の端部が支持されて前記混練室内に配置される回転体と、
前記回転体の前記一方の端部に接続され、前記中心軸を中心に前記回転体を回転させる駆動部と、
減圧部と、
前記混練室と前記減圧部とを連絡する排気流路と、
とを備え、
前記回転体が、
前記中心軸に沿って配置され、前記駆動部により回転するシャフトと、
前記シャフトに配置された混練部材と、
を備え、
前記混練部材が、
前記シャフトから前記円筒内周面に向かって延びる複数のアームと、
前記複数のアームの先端に配置され、前記中心軸を中心とする周方向に対して一方向に傾斜する複数のブレードと、
を備え、
前記複数のブレードの少なくとも一部が、混練時に粘土が通過する複数の貫通孔または複数のスリット、を有する、土練装置。 - 混練室と、
中心軸方向の一方の端部にて支持されて前記混連室内に配置される回転体と、
前記回転体の前記一方の端部に接続され、前記中心軸を中心に前記回転体を回転させる駆動部と、
前記回転体の他方の端部の外周を覆い、前記駆動部から離れる方向に向かって縮径する円錐内周面を有し、先端に吐出口を有する吐出部と、
とを備え、
前記回転体が、
前記中心軸に沿って配置され、前記駆動部により回転するシャフトと、
前記他方の端部において前記シャフトに配置され、前記中心軸を中心とする周方向に対して一方向に傾斜するスクリューを含む押出部材と、
前記シャフトの前記押出部材よりも前記一方の端部側に配置された混練部材と、
を備え、
前記吐出部が、
前記円錐内周面から前記吐出口に向かって延びる第1吐出内周面と、
前記第1吐出内周面と前記吐出口の間に位置する第2吐出内周面と、
をさらに有し、
前記第1吐出内周面が、前記中心軸に平行に延び、かつ、前記周方向に配列された複数の凹部または複数の凸部、を有し、
前記第1吐出内周面の最内径が、前記第2吐出内周面の内径以上である、土練装置。 - 前記複数の凹部または前記複数の凸部が、前記円錐内周面から前記吐出口に向かって延びる、請求項11に記載の土練装置。
- 前記第1吐出内周面が前記複数の凹部を有し、前記複数の凹部が、前記第1吐出内周面と前記第2吐出内周面との間の境界から離れている、請求項11または12に記載の土練装置。
- 前記第1吐出内周面の面粗度が、前記第2吐出内周面の面粗度よりも大きい、請求項11ないし13のいずれかに記載の土練装置。
