Description

The present invention relates to a tabletop storage container and a sheet-shaped article storage set for sheet-shaped articles such as paper napkins and tissue paper used for household, industrial, or business use.

Various types of desktop storage containers have been developed for storing laminates of sheet-like articles such as paper napkins and tissue papers and installing them on a table or the like. As such a desktop storage container, sheet-like articles are alternately folded and stacked so that pop-up is possible, and the sheet-like article is taken out from the front of the container in a pop-up manner (see Patent Document 1), and tissue paper is stacked. Put it in a cup-shaped tissue case so that the direction is horizontal, remove individual tissue paper from the top (see Patent Document 2), put the tissue paper in the tissue case so that the lamination direction is horizontal, An apparatus has been disclosed in which individual tissue paper is removed upward from a slit-shaped take-out port on the upper surface (see Patent Document 3).

By the way, in a place where the space of a household dining table is limited, the type in which the sheet-like article is taken out from the front of the container in a pop-up manner, the sheet-like article jumping out to the side touches the human body etc. There is a possibility that the sheet-like article is inadvertently taken out at the time of tidying up.
Moreover, in the type in which the sheet-like article is removed from above the container, it may be difficult for a short person to take out the sheet-like article.
In addition, if the desktop storage container is formed so as to be foldable from a board material such as cardboard, and distributed and sold as a set product with a stack of sheet-like articles, the display space for the product is reduced and it is also consumed for consumers. It is easy to purchase as a product and is convenient.
That is, the present invention has an object to provide a sheet-like article storing sets out of the way of the sheet-like article easily with a space.

In order to solve the above problems, a sheet-like article storage set according to the present invention includes a laminate of sheet-like articles; and a folding structure that can accommodate the laminate inside and fold and assemble a plate material from a fold line. A table-top sheet storage container of the above type , each comprising a front surface, a rear surface facing the front surface, and a rectangular tubular body that forms two side surfaces adjacent to the front surface and the rear surface, the front surface, the rear surface, and A bottom surface connected to one end of the side surface, and a container support piece standing on the rear surface, the other end of the rear surface protruding from the other end of the front surface, and the other end of the side surface from the rear surface. It is formed so as to incline toward the front surface, and the laminated body can be accommodated inside from the opening on the other end side of the trunk portion, and the other end side of the front surface constituting the opening is horizontal. extending to, the bottom surface When installed on a support object in a downward position, a tabletop seat is supported by a ridge line between the rear surface and the bottom surface and an end of the container support piece, and the front surface is inclined with respect to a perpendicular line of the support object. A sheet-like article storage set having a container; and when the laminate is stored in the desktop sheet storage container, the front surface height Lf along the axial direction and the other end of the front surface are exposed. The ratio of the laminate to the exposed height Le is between Lf: Le = 4: 1 and 2: 1.
In this way, since the desktop sheet storage container is inclined with respect to the support target, the surface of the laminate (sheet-like article) is also inclined obliquely, and the surface of the foremost sheet-like article can be easily picked. It becomes easy to take out. On the other hand, when the desktop sheet storage container is installed vertically to the support target, the surface of the laminate (sheet-like article) is also perpendicular, so that it is difficult to pick the surface of the foremost sheet-like article. Therefore, it is necessary to pick the upper end of the sheet-like article. However, since the upper end is smaller than the surface, it is difficult to pick only one sheet-like article, and a plurality of sheet-like articles may be taken out by mistake.
When Lf: Le exceeds 4: 1, the exposed height Le becomes small and it may be difficult to pick the front surface of the sheet-like article 51. When Lf: Le is less than 2: 1, the exposed height Le becomes large, the laminated body may be exposed excessively, the laminated body may become dirty, or the laminated body may fall off from the desktop sheet storage container.

The tabletop sheet container is formed by cutting out a part of the rear surface, further comprising a container support piece retainer for engaging the container support piece is bent perpendicular the fold line in the axial direction of the body portion, the front And a front side flap and a rear side flap are connected to one end of the rear surface, a side side flap is connected to one end of the side surface, and the container support piece is formed by cutting out a part of the rear surface. It is possible to fold it along the fold line along the axial direction and to stand up against the rear surface, raise the trunk part into a square tube shape, and fold the front side flap and the rear side flap at a right angle along the fold line. By overlapping each other and bending the side flaps at right angles along the fold line, the front side flaps are engaged with at least one of the front side flaps and the rear side flaps. It is preferred to wrap and said rear side flaps constituting the bottom of the barrel.
In this way, if the desktop storage container is folded and distributed and sold as a set product in which the laminate of sheet-like articles is combined, the display space for the product is reduced and it is easy for consumers to purchase as a consumable item. .

When the container support piece is erected, the side end of the container support piece on the bottom side is inclined so as to be away from the bottom surface starting from the ridge line between the rear surface and the bottom surface, with the bottom surface facing down. When the desktop sheet storage container is installed, the side end may be in contact with a line along the support target.
If it does in this way, since the whole side end of a container support piece contacts a support object, a desktop sheet storage container can be installed stably.

The bottom surface may be inclined so as to be aligned with the side edge from the front surface toward the rear surface.
If it does in this way, in addition to the side edge of a container support piece, since the whole bottom face contacts a support object, a desktop sheet storage container can be installed still more stably.

Before SL sheet-like article is packaged stacked without folded alternately, the laminate is a laminated direction is set to be perpendicular to the front can be stored in the table top sheet container, the tabletop sheet storage When the laminate is stored in a container, a part of the laminate may be exposed from the other end of the front surface.
In this way, by storing the laminated body in the desktop sheet storage container so that the stacking direction is perpendicular to the front surface, if the thickness of the laminated body is reduced appropriately, the thickness of the desktop sheet storage container will be reduced, and the desktop sheet The storage container can be saved in space. In addition, distribution and sale of the desktop sheet storage container as a set product that is combined with the laminate reduces the display space of the product, and it is convenient for the consumer to purchase as a consumable product.

In the sheet-like article storage set of the present invention, the package may be provided with a guide for breaking the package along the other end of the front surface until reaching at least the side surface.
In this way, when the package is broken by the guide, the laminate is exposed from the upper end of the front surface, and the package remains on the laminate below the upper end, thereby preventing dirt from being attached to the laminate.

In the sheet-shaped article storage set of the present invention, it is preferable that at least one of the edges of the sheet-shaped article along the axial direction is folded back in the vicinity of the center portion.
In this way, when the laminate is stored in the desktop sheet storage container and has the surface of the foremost sheet-like article, it is possible to grip both end edges protruding near the center of the surface, so that the sheet-like article can be easily taken out. .

According to the present invention, the sheet-like article storing sets that easily retrieve the sheet-like article with a space can be obtained.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which a laminated body 50 is accommodated in a desktop sheet storage container 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The desktop sheet storage container 100 has a generally box shape having an opening 100a in the upper part, and the laminated body 50 can be stored in the opening 100a. Further, the desktop sheet storage container 100 is a foldable type that forms a foldable unfolding structure in which paperboard is folded from a fold line and assembled.
The table-top sheet storage container 100 is erected from the rear surface 4 and a rectangular tubular body 101 that constitutes a front surface 2, a rear surface 4 facing the front surface 2, and two side surfaces 5 and 7 adjacent to the front surface 2 and the rear surface 4. The container support piece 21 having a substantially triangular shape and a bottom surface 9 are mounted on the support target with the bottom surface 9 facing down. A direction parallel to each of the surfaces 2, 4, 5, and 7 is defined as an axial direction L of the body portion 101. Further, “horizontal” is a direction perpendicular to the axial direction L, and “height” is a direction along the axial direction L.
The upper end 4a of the rear surface 4 (corresponding to “the other end” in the claims, the same applies hereinafter) 4a protrudes above the upper end 2a of the front surface 2, and the upper ends 5a and 7a of the side surfaces 5 and 7 respectively extend from the rear surface 4 to the front surface 2. It is formed so as to be inclined downward.

The laminated body 50 is formed by laminating a plurality of rectangular sheet-like articles 51 and 52. And the space | interval of the front surface 2 and the rear surface 4 is a little wider than the thickness of the lamination direction 50 of the laminated body 50, and the table | surface sheet storage container is made so that the surface (surface perpendicular | vertical to the lamination direction S) of the laminated body 50 may face the front surface 2. 100. In this way, if the thickness of the laminated body 50 is made smaller than the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the laminated body 50, the thickness of the desktop sheet storage container 100 is also reduced, and space saving of the desktop sheet storage container 100 is achieved. The sheet-like articles 51 and 52 are, for example, a paper napkin or a tissue paper, but are not limited thereto, and various nonwoven fabrics can also be used.
For example, in this embodiment, the desktop sheet storage container 100 has a lateral width (inside dimension) of about 100 mm, the front surface 2 has a height of about 80 mm, and the rear surface 4 has a height of about 100 mm. The thickness (the inner dimension interval between the front surface 2 and the rear surface 4) is about 40 mm. The width of the laminate 50 is about 100 mm, the length (height H along the axial direction L) is about 120 mm, and the thickness is about 40 mm. The laminate 50 is above the upper end of the front surface 2 along the axial direction L. It is exposed.

In this embodiment, the laminate 50 is exposed not only at the upper end of the front surface 2 but also at the upper end of the rear surface 4. However, if it is exposed at least above the upper end of the front surface 2, the upper end of the rear surface 4 is displayed. Further, the laminated body 50 may not be exposed upward. This is because, as will be described later, if the laminate 50 is exposed above the upper end of the front surface 2, the front surface of the sheet-like article 51 can be picked.
In addition, it is preferable that the upper end of the rear surface 4 is positioned above the laminate 50 because the laminate 50 can be held by the upper end of the rear surface 4.

As shown in FIG. 2, when the desktop sheet storage container 100 is installed on the support target 200, the desktop sheet storage container 100 is attached by the fold line C 4 between the rear surface 4 and the bottom surface 9 and the end 21 a of the container support piece 21. The front surface 2 is inclined with respect to the normal line 200n of the support target 200 (the front surface 2 forms an obtuse angle with the surface of the support target 200).
Thus, by installing the desktop sheet storage container 100 so as to be inclined with respect to the support target 200, the surface of the laminated body 50 (sheet-like articles 51, 52) is also inclined, and the frontmost sheet-like article 51 is It becomes easy to pick the surface, and it becomes easy to take out the sheet-like article 51 as a result. On the other hand, when the desktop sheet storage container 100 is installed perpendicularly to the support target 200, the surface of the laminate 50 (sheet-like articles 51, 52) is also vertical, so that the surface of the foremost sheet-like article 51 is It is difficult to pick. Therefore, it is necessary to pick the upper end of the sheet-like article 51. However, since the upper end is smaller than the surface, it is difficult to pick only one sheet-like article, and a plurality of sheet-like articles may be taken out by mistake.
In this embodiment, the side end 21L on the bottom surface 9 side of the container support piece 21 is continuous with the bottom surface 9, and the side end 21L is in contact with the support target 200 surface by a line. If it does in this way, since the whole side end 21L of the container support piece 21 contacts the support object 200, the desktop sheet storage container 100 can be installed stably. Here, the angle at which the desktop sheet storage container 100 is inclined with respect to the support target 200 is determined by the angle formed between the side end 21 </ b> L and the rear surface 4.

Returning to FIG. 1, the ratio between the height Lf of the front surface 2 along the axial direction L and the exposed height Le of the stacked body 50 exposed from the upper end 2a of the front surface 2 is Lf: Le = 4: 1 to 2. : 1 is preferred. When Lf: Le exceeds 4: 1, the exposed height Le becomes small and it may be difficult to pick the front surface of the sheet-like article 51. When Lf: Le is less than 2: 1, the exposed height Le becomes large, and the laminated body 50 is excessively exposed, and the laminated body 50 may become dirty, or the laminated body 50 may fall out of the desktop sheet storage container 100. There is.

3 is a cross-sectional view of the respective sheet-like articles 51, 52... Viewed from the upper side of FIG. The sheet-like article 51 is folded in four (the same applies to the sheet-like article 52 and the following). Here, the four-folding means that the sheet-like article is folded in two in the direction along the axial direction L and then folded in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction L. In this case, both end edges 51 a and 51 b of the sheet-like article 51 are located at one end portion along the axial direction L of the laminated body 50. In addition, the reference drawing on the left of FIG. 3 shows a state in which the sheet-like article is folded in the direction along the axial direction L.

As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the height H along the axial direction L of the laminated body 50 is longer than the lateral width (inside dimension) W of the desktop sheet storage container 100.

The sheet-like articles 51 and 52 are stacked without being alternately folded. In the case of a normal tissue box, the respective sheet-like articles are alternately folded to accommodate a so-called pop-up type laminate, and the topmost sheet-like article is constrained by a slit-like outlet. On the other hand, in the present invention, the laminated body 50 is exposed from the opening 100a of the desktop sheet storage container 100, and the frontmost sheet-like article 51 is not particularly restricted. For this reason, if each sheet-like article 51 and 52 is alternately folded, when the sheet-like article 51 is taken out, the next sheet-like article 52 may be taken out by mistake. Therefore, the above-described problems can be prevented by stacking the sheet-like articles 51 and 52 without being alternately folded.

4 is a cross-sectional view of the respective sheet-like articles 51, 52,. In the sheet-like article 51, both end edges 51a and 51b are folded in the vicinity of the central portion and C-folded (the same applies to the sheet-like article 52 and later), and both end edges 51a and 51b are slightly separated. In this embodiment, each C-folded sheet-like article 51, 52... Is folded in two in a direction perpendicular to the C-folding direction. Therefore, a portion where both end edges are folded back in the vicinity of the central portion appears on both the front and back surfaces of each sheet-like article 51, 52.
In this way, both end edges 51a, 51b... Of each sheet-like article 51... Are folded back near the center, and the laminate 50 is placed on the desktop sheet storage container 100 so that both end edges 51a, 51b are along the axial direction L. (See FIG. 1), when the front surface of the frontmost sheet-like article 51 is held, both end edges 51a and 51b protruding from the surface can be grasped, so that the sheet-like article 51 can be easily taken out.

As shown in FIG. 1, when the height H along the axial direction L of the laminated body 50 is made longer than the lateral width (inner dimension) W of the desktop sheet storage container 100, the stacked body 50 is aligned with the desktop sheet storage container 100. It is preferable because it can be accommodated only from the direction. In this way, in the case of the laminated body 50 folded as shown in FIG. 4, the both ends 51a, 51b are perpendicular to the axial direction L (that is, the extending direction of both ends 51a, 51b is directed horizontally). 50 cannot be stored in the desktop sheet storage container 100, and the laminated body 50 is stored in the desktop sheet storage container 100 from only one direction so that both end edges 51a and 51b are always along the axial direction L. Therefore, both end edges 51a and 51b always appear on the surface of the sheet-like article 51 exposed from the upper end of the front surface 2.
Further, when each sheet-like article 51, 52... Is folded in two in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction L, both end edges appear on both the front and back surfaces of each sheet-like article 51, 52. Therefore, even if the laminate 50 is stored in the desktop sheet storage container 100 with the front and back sides thereof reversed, both end edges 51a and 51b of the sheet-like article 51 always appear on the front surface 2 side.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the respective sheet-like articles 51, 52,. The sheet-like article 51 is Z-folded, one end edge 51a is folded back in the vicinity of the central portion, and the other edge 51b is folded up to the end of the sheet-like article 51 (the same applies to the sheet-like article 52 and thereafter). ). Also in this embodiment, each Z-folded sheet-like article 51, 52... Is folded in two in a direction perpendicular to the Z-folding direction. Therefore, a portion where the edge 51a is folded back in the vicinity of the center appears on both the front and back surfaces of each sheet-like article 51, 52.
Thus, even when only one edge 51a is folded back to the vicinity of the center of the sheet-like article 51, when the frontmost sheet-like article 51 has the surface, the edge 51a protruding from the surface can be grasped. It becomes easy to take out the sheet-like article 51.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the desktop sheet storage container 100 as seen from the rear surface 4 side. The container support piece 21 is formed by cutting out a part of the rear surface 4, and can be erected with respect to the rear surface 4 by being bent along folding lines C 1 and C 2 along the axial direction L. In this example, two container support pieces 21 are provided apart from each other.
The substantially long side container support piece presser 23 is also formed by cutting out a part of the rear surface 4, and a part of the container support piece presser 23 is formed by cutting out the container support piece 21. When folding the container support member 21 in the axial direction L perpendicular fold lines C 3, which is formed by cutting out the container support piece retainer 23 (container supporting piece 21 of) cut-out corner 21x on the container support piece retainer 23 is engaged The container support piece 21 is fixed so as not to be folded. In addition, the container support piece press 23 which contacts the cut-out corner portion 21x is a V-shaped cutout (see FIG. 7) 23y, and the cutout 23y enters the cut-out corner portion 21x to ensure fixing.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the folded state before assembling the desktop sheet storage container 100. In FIG. 7, the broken line is represented by a one-dot chain line.
A front side flap 12 and a rear side flap 14 are connected to lower ends (corresponding to “one end” of the claims, the same applies hereinafter) 2b and 4b via folding lines, respectively. Further, side surface side flaps 15 and 17 are connected to lower ends 5b and 7b of the side surfaces 5 and 7, respectively.
The front side flap 12 has a concave center part 12a parallel to the lower end 2b of the front face 2, and both ends 12b of the edge protrude from the central part 12a. Further, the rear surface side flap 14 has a central portion 14a of an edge parallel to the lower end 4b of the rear surface 4 protruding from both ends. The side flaps 15 and 17 form a protrusion 15a having a hook-like tip at the side edge on the front surface 2 side.

FIG. 8 shows a state in which the bottom surface 9 is formed by combining the flaps 12, 14, 15, and 17. First, the trunk portion 101 is raised in a square cylinder shape, and the front side flap 12 and the rear side flap 14 are bent at a right angle along a fold line and overlapped with each other. The protruding length (distance from the fold line) of the central portion 14a of the rear side flap 14 is longer than the protruding length of the central portion 12a of the front side flap 12, and the front side flap 12 is superimposed on the rear side flap 14. A surface to be the bottom surface 9 can be formed.
Then, the side flaps 15 and 17 are overlapped on the front flap 12 and the projecting piece 15a is placed under the central portion 12a so that the side flaps 15 and 17 are engaged with the front flap 12. The surface formed by the front side flap 12 and the rear side flap 14 does not come out, and the bottom surface 9 is formed.

Next, with reference to FIG. 9, a desktop sheet storage container 110 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 9 is a side view showing a state in which the desktop sheet storage container 110 is installed on the support target 200.
The bottom surface 109 of the desktop sheet storage container 110 is inclined so as to be aligned with the side end 21 </ b> L of the substantially trapezoidal container support piece 21 from the front surface 2 toward the rear surface 4. In this way, since the entire bottom surface 109 is in contact with the support target 200 in addition to the side end 21L of the container support piece 21, the desktop sheet storage container 100 can be installed more stably.

Next, a sheet-shaped article storage set according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The sheet-shaped article storage set 500 is formed by packing the laminate 50 and the desktop sheet storage container 100 with a packaging body 80. In this embodiment, three stacked bodies 50 are packed, and the desktop sheet storage container 100 is unfolded to be flat, and the body 101 is folded so that the front surface and the rear surface are in contact with each other. Each laminate 50 is also packaged by a package 70.
In addition, if the desktop sheet storage container 100 is foldable, the desktop sheet storage container 100 can be compactly folded and packed with the laminate 50, and distributed and sold as a set product together with the laminate. As the display space is reduced, it is easy for consumers to purchase as a consumable item.
The packages 70 and 80 are not particularly limited, but various plastic films can be used, for example.

Here, as shown in FIG. 11, it is preferable that the package 70 of the laminate 50 is provided with a guide 71 for breaking the package 70. For example, a cut tape or a perforation is used as the guide. Further, the guide 71 is provided in the lateral direction along the vicinity of the exposed height Le of the laminated body (near the upper end 2a of the front surface 2) when the laminated body 50 is stored in the desktop sheet storage container 100. Good. In this way, when the package 70 is broken by the guide 71, the laminate 50 is exposed from the upper end 2a of the front surface 2, and the package 70 remains in the laminate 50 below the upper end 2a. It is possible to prevent adhesion of dirt.
The guide 71 extends along the exposed height Le and further reaches the side guide 72. By providing the side guide 72 and not breaking the rear package 70, the package 70 above the guide 71 can be opened and closed with the rear package 70 as a fulcrum. That is, when using, the package 70 above the guide 71 is opened to expose the laminated body 50 from the upper end 2a of the front surface 2, and when not in use, the package 70 above the guide 71 is covered on the laminated body 50, It is possible to prevent the adhesion of dirt.
Of course, the package 70 may be broken all around along the side guide 72 to the rear side, and the laminated body 50 may be always exposed from the upper end 2a of the front surface 2.

Further, an upper notation 75 may be printed on the package 70 above the guide 71 so that the upper side of the laminate 50 can be recognized when stored in the desktop sheet storage container 100. In this case, as shown in FIG. 11, when stored in the desktop sheet storage container 100, the notation 75 is printed on the package 70 so that the two folded portions 51u and 52u of the folded sheet-like articles 51 and 52 face upward. Good. If it does in this way, it will be hard to collect dust in the laminated body 50 which exposed.

Next, a sheet-shaped article storage set according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The sheet-shaped article storage set 510 is formed by packing the laminate 50 and the desktop sheet storage container 120 with a packaging body 80. In the sheet-like article storage set 510, the configuration other than the desktop sheet storage container 120 is the same as that of the sheet-like article storage set 500 according to the first embodiment. Omitted.
In the second embodiment, the desktop sheet storage container 120 is not foldable and is integrally formed of plastic. In this case, since the desktop sheet storage container 120 cannot be folded, the two stacked bodies 50 for replacement are stored in the desktop sheet storage container 120 while storing the single stacked body 50 (with the packaging 70). Can be made substantially the same size as the sheet-like article storage set 500 according to the first embodiment, and the same effect can be obtained by distributing and selling as a set product bundled with the laminate. can get.

Further, in the desktop sheet storage container 120, if the distance between the two container support pieces 25 in the direction along the width W is larger than the horizontal dimension of the laminate 50 (with the packaging 70), the space between the container support pieces 25 is increased. The replacement laminate 50 can be arranged on the sheet, and the sheet-shaped article storage set 510 can be packed more compactly.
In addition, when the desktop sheet storage container is not foldable, there is no “fold line”, and therefore, it is defined as “ridge line” in the claims.

The desktop sheet storage container of the present invention can be manufactured from materials such as paperboard, plastic, and metal, but is not limited thereto, and different types of materials may be combined.
