Description
Claims (7)
- バーナによって加熱されるガラス溶融炉であって、燃焼エネルギーが酸素燃焼によって少なくとも部分的に生成され、バーナに使用される酸素の少なくとも一部がセラミック分離膜による酸素含有ガス混合物からの分離によって生成され、ガス混合物が、熱交換流体の温度を増大させるための第一熱交換器において煙霧ガスを使用して加熱され、熱交換流体が、ガス混合物を少なくとも600℃で最大950℃の温度にかつ1×10 6 Pa以上の圧力下に再加熱することを意図される第二熱交換器の方に指向され、分離からの熱い酸素が少なくとも一つのバーナ中に直接運ばれる、ガラス溶融炉。
- バーナに供給する酸素の流速が、酸素がセラミック膜を介して抽出されるガス混合物の温度、圧力、流速の一つ以上のパラメータによって少なくとも部分的に制御される、請求項1に記載のガラス溶融炉。
- 膜抽出からの酸素の流量の測定値が、抽出装置に入るガス混合物の酸素含有量と膜抽出後のガス混合物の酸素含有量の差によって決定される、請求項1又は2に記載のガラス溶融炉。
- 抽出後の混合物中の残留酸素含有量の測定がセラミック酸化物電極型センサーによって行なわれる、請求項3に記載のガラス溶融炉。
- バーナへの酸素の供給の調整が、部分的にリザーバから来る追加の酸素によって追加的に保証される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のガラス溶融炉。
- 追加の供給がバーナ中又はそのすぐ近くの別個の噴射によって直接行なわれる、請求項5に記載のガラス溶融炉。
- 酸素の追加の供給が、膜を介して抽出された酸素の供給に対する中断時にバーナを維持するために使用される、請求項5又は6に記載のガラス溶融炉。
