Description
第1の構成は、車両外部の電源によって充電可能な蓄電装置が搭載された車両用の充電制御装置であって、充電手段、検出手段及び制御手段を備える。充電手段は、電源から蓄電装置への充電を許可する許可状態と、電源から蓄電装置への充電を禁止する禁止状態とに切替可能なものである。また、検出手段は、車両の異常を検出する。そして、制御手段は、検出手段により車両の異常が検出された場合に、充電手段の状態を禁止状態にするための充電禁止制御を行う。

図1は、実施形態の遠隔充電制御システムの構成を示すブロック図である。
次に、本実施形態の遠隔充電制御システムで実行される処理について説明する。なお、以下の説明では、通信事業者61,63の図示及び説明を省略している。
以上説明したように、本実施形態によれば、プラグイン車両10の盗難行為に関連する異常が検出された場合に、外部電源50からバッテリ12への充電を禁止することで、バッテリ12の蓄電量を消費させたり充電を停止させたりすることができる。この結果、プラグイン車両10を盗難されにくくすることができる。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は、上記実施形態に限定されることなく、種々の形態を採り得ることは言うまでもない。
Claims (4)
- 車両外部の電源によって充電可能な蓄電装置が搭載された車両用の充電制御装置であって、
前記電源から前記蓄電装置への充電を許可する許可状態と、前記電源から前記蓄電装置への充電を禁止する禁止状態とに切替可能な充電手段と、
車両の盗難行為に関連する異常を検出する検出手段と、
前記検出手段により車両の異常が検出された場合に、前記充電手段の状態を前記禁止状態にするための充電禁止制御を行う制御手段と、
を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記充電禁止制御に加え、前記蓄電装置の放電が促進される制御を行う
ことを特徴とする充電制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の充電制御装置であって、
車両外部の通信端末と通信可能な通信手段を更に備え、
前記制御手段は、前記充電禁止制御として、前記通信端末に対する充電禁止の要否の問い合わせを前記通信手段に行わせ、前記問い合わせに対して充電禁止の回答を受けた場合に、前記充電手段の状態を前記禁止状態にする制御を行う
ことを特徴とする充電制御装置。 - 車両外部の電源によって充電可能な蓄電装置が搭載された車両用の充電制御装置であって、
前記電源から前記蓄電装置への充電を許可する許可状態と、前記電源から前記蓄電装置への充電を禁止する禁止状態とに切替可能な充電手段と、
車両の異常を検出する検出手段と、
前記検出手段により車両の異常が検出された場合に、前記充電手段の状態を前記禁止状態にするための充電禁止制御を行う制御手段と、
車両外部の通信端末と通信可能な通信手段と、
を備え、
前記検出手段は、車両の盗難行為に関連する異常を検出し、
前記制御手段は、前記充電禁止制御として、前記通信端末に対する充電禁止の要否の問い合わせを前記通信手段に行わせ、前記問い合わせに対して充電禁止の回答を受けた場合に、前記充電手段の状態を前記禁止状態にする制御を行い、更に、前記通信端末に対する充電停止の通知の送信を前記通信手段に行わせ、前記充電禁止制御に加え、前記蓄電装置の放電が促進される制御を行う
ことを特徴とする充電制御装置。 - 請求項2又は請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の充電制御装置であって、
前記制御手段は、前記通信手段による前記通信端末との通信が不能となり前記問い合わせを行うことができない状態の場合には、前記充電禁止の回答を待たずに前記充電手段の状態を前記禁止状態にする
ことを特徴とする充電制御装置。
