Description
いうまでもない。
以上の結果から、ASC−DPにより安定化したDSPE−PEG2000ミセルにはアムホテリシンB等の難水溶性薬剤を安定に封入し、それらを含む微粒子製剤を安定化できることがわかった。
Claims (10)
- 下記一般式(1)で示されるアスコルビン酸誘導体、下記一般式(2)で示されるリン脂質誘導体を含む界面活性剤、及び、薬剤を含み、粒子径が40〜300nmの範囲のミセル型微粒子を形成してなる微粒子製剤。
(上記式中、R1及びR2は、側鎖を有していてもよい炭素数8以上20以下アシル鎖である。またR1とR2は同じであっても異なっていてもよい。)
(上記式中、R 1 及びR 2 は、側鎖を有していてもよい炭素数が8以上20以下のアルキル鎖である。またR 1 とR 2 は同じであっても異なっていてもよい。R 3 はポリエチレングルコール、ポリプロピレングルコール、又はポリグリセリン鎖のいずれかを含み、リン酸基に直接又はスペーサーを介して結合している。) - 前記アスコルビン酸誘導体はL−アスコルビン酸2,6−ジパルミテートを含む、請求項1記載の微粒子製剤。
- 前記リン脂質誘導体は、下記式(3)で示されるリン脂質誘導体を含む、請求項1記載の微粒子製剤。
(上記式中、nは20〜120の整数である。) - 前記薬剤は、抗真菌薬、糖尿病薬、抗癌薬、抗てんかん薬、催眠剤、利尿剤、解熱鎮痛薬、抗リウマチ薬、又はビタミン類等の少なくともいずれか一種を含む、請求項1記載の微粒子製剤。
- 前記抗真菌薬がアムホテリシンBを含む、請求項4記載の微粒子製剤。
- 前記アスコルビン酸誘導体が、界面活性剤1molに対して、1mol以上2mol以下含まれている、請求項1記載の微粒子製剤。
- 下記一般式(2)で示されるリン脂質誘導体を含む界面活性剤からなる微粒子又は該微粒子に薬剤を含む微粒子製剤に、更に、下記一般式(1)で示されるアスコルビン酸誘導体を含有させ、粒子径が40〜300nmの範囲のミセル型微粒子を形成させる、該微粒子又は該微粒子製剤の安定化法。
(上記式中、R1及びR2は、側鎖を有していてもよい炭素数8以上20以下アシル鎖である。またR1とR2は同じであっても異なっていてもよい。)
(上記式中、R 1 及びR 2 は、側鎖を有していてもよい炭素数が8以上20以下のアルキル鎖である。またR 1 とR 2 は同じであっても異なっていてもよい。R 3 はポリエチレングルコール、ポリプロピレングルコール、又はポリグリセリン鎖のいずれかを含み、リン酸基に直接又はスペーサーを介して結合している。) - 前記界面活性剤が下記式(3)で示されるリン脂質誘導体を含む、請求項7記載の安定化法。
(上記式中、nは20〜120の整数である。) - 前記アスコルビン酸誘導体を、界面活性剤1molに対して、1mol以上2mol以下含ませる、請求項7記載の安定化法。
- 前記アスコルビン酸誘導体がL−アスコルビン酸2,6−ジパルミテートを含み、且つ、前記界面活性剤が下記式(3)で示されるリン脂質誘導体を含む、請求項7記載の安定化法。
(上記式中、nは20〜120の整数である。)
