Claims (2)
- ボディと、このボディ内に配置された弁機構部からなり、前記ボディは、互いに同軸上に開設された弁孔及びシリンダ部が形成され、前記弁機構部は、前記シリンダ部及び弁孔を貫通して軸方向往復動可能に配置された弁ロッドと、前記弁ロッドの一端に螺子により結合される弁体と、前記弁ロッドにおける前記弁体と反対側の端部に螺子により結合されるダイアフラムを備え、前記ボディに対して前記弁ロッドを回り止めする係合手段を備え、
前記弁ロッドの外周をシールするパッキンが、前記シリンダ部の端部に形成された環状溝と前記係合手段との間に保持されていることを特徴とする弁装置。 - 前記係合手段が、前記ダイアフラムの外径部を前記ボディに固定する固定手段によって、前記ダイアフラムの外径部と共に前記ボディに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁装置。
