Description
Claims (15)
- i)チオホスフェート基を含む少なくとも1つのイソシアネートと、アミノ−シラン又はメルカプト−シラン又はそれらの組合せから選択されるシランとの第1の反応生成物を含む接着促進剤と、ii)2を超える官能性及び300を超える分子量(Mn)を有するポリオールと芳香族イソシアネートとの反応によって一般には形成される、イソシアネート含有量が1重量%を超えるイソシアネート官能性プレポリマーである第2の反応生成物とを含む、プライマー組成物のための添加剤。
- 前記第1の反応生成物が、1モルの前記イソシアネートが1モル〜3モルのアミノ−シラン又はメルカプト−シラン又はそれらの組合せと反応することの結果物である、請求項1に記載の添加剤。
- 前記第1の反応生成物が、1モルの前記イソシアネートが2.3モルのアミノ−シラン又はメルカプト−シラン又はそれらの組合せと反応することの結果物である、請求項1又は2に記載の添加剤。
- 前記第1の反応生成物の前記イソシアネートが、トリス(p−イソシアナトフェニル)チオホスフェートを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載される添加剤をベースプライマー組成物と混合して得られるプライマー組成物を形成する工程を備える、プライマー組成物の性能を改善する方法。
- 前記添加剤が、プライマー組成物の99重量部〜80重量部に対して1重量部〜20重量部の量で混合される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記プライマーが、少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリイソシアネートとポリオールとの反応に由来し、かつ、ケイ素に結合した複数のアルコキシ基を含むアミノシランのアミノ基と少なくとも一部が反応させられる少なくとも1つのプレポリマーを含み、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 基材を前記得られるプライマー組成物と接触させることをさらに含む、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載される添加剤と、少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリイソシアネートとポリオールとの反応に由来し、かつ、ケイ素に結合した複数のアルコキシ基を含むアミノシランのアミノ基と少なくとも一部が反応させられるプレポリマーを含む少なくとも1つのベースプライマー組成物との反応によって調製される、組成物。
- 前記第2の反応生成物が、トリオールとジイソシアネートとの反応生成物である、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、酸をさらに含む、請求項9又は10に記載の組成物。
- 前記酸が、前記組成物の0.2重量%未満の量で存在する、請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物において、i)前記ベースプライマーが50重量%〜65重量%の量で存在し;ii)前記接着促進剤が2重量%〜7重量%の量で存在し;iii)イソシアネート含有量が1重量%を超える前記イソシアネート官能性プレポリマーが30重量%〜40重量%の量で存在し;iv)酸が0.01重量%〜0.05重量%の量で存在する、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、薄膜形成剤又は着色剤又はそれらの組合せを含む、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項9から14のいずれか一項に記載される組成物及び少なくとも1つの接着剤を含むキット。
