Description
・複数の燃料電池コアのスタックを備えた加圧ろ過型である。この第1型は一般的に、高電力の使用が含まれる場合に好適である。
・複数の燃料電池コアが同一平面内に並置された平面型である。この第2型は一方で、携帯用の低電力の使用に好適である。本発明はこの型のものである。
−透過性且つ導電性を有する支持体を準備する段階と、
−連続した層を積層して1つの外表面上に電池コアを形成する段階と、
−その他の面をシールする段階と、を含む。

Claims (8)
- 電池の燃料に対して透過性を有する材料を使用して形成された平面燃料電池コア用支持体(2)であって、
前記材料が燃料を拡散する領域を有し、かつ前記材料が前記支持体の少なくとも1つの外面上にシール領域(3)を有し、
前記材料が熱可塑性ポリマーである平面燃料電池コア用支持体と、
前記支持体のシールされていない外面上に配置された複数の電池コア(1)とを備えた平面燃料電池。 - 透過性材料が、チャネル(4)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平面燃料電池。
- 透過性材料が、非シール領域において多孔性を有し、多孔率40から80%を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平面燃料電池。
- 多孔性材料が、非シール領域において0.5から40μmの細孔径を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の平面燃料電池。
- 1から5mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の平面燃料電池。
- 前記材料がポリエチレンまたはポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の平面燃料電池。
- 前記支持体が、表面軟化を施された熱可塑性材料(3)を使用して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の平面燃料電池。
- −透過性且つ導電性を有する支持体(2)を準備する段階と、
−連続した層を積層して1つの外面上に電池コア(1)を形成する段階と、
−その他の面(3)をシールする段階と、を含み、
前記支持体を構成する材料が熱可塑性ポリマーであり、前記材料の軟化点以上の温度に表面を暴露することよってシールを行う、
平面燃料電池の製造方法。
