Claims (9)
- 第1および第2主辺を有し、第1主辺が研磨物品の第1表面から延びる突出部のセットを画定する裏当てなしの研磨層、および
研磨物品の第2表面を画定し、第2主辺と直接接触する接着層、
を含み、
ここで、該研磨層が、ポリマー配合物および研磨剤粒子の混合物を含み、
該ポリマー配合物が熱可塑性シリコーン樹脂を含み、
該研磨層が、12700μm以下の全厚さを有し、および508μm以下で延びる突出部を有する、
研磨物品。 - 研磨層が少なくとも約50%の破断伸びを有する、請求項1に記載の研磨物品。
- シリコーン樹脂が液体シリコーン樹脂から形成される、請求項1に記載の研磨物品。
- 研磨層が少なくとも約100%の破断伸びを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の研磨物品。
- 前記研磨層の全厚さが8890μm以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の研磨物品。
- 前記研磨層の全厚さが2540μm以下である、請求項5に記載の研磨物品。
- 突出部のセットがパターンで配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の研磨物品。
- 突出部のセットが傾斜側壁化表面突出部である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の研磨物品。
- 使用済みの光学材料を受け取り、
請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の研磨物品を用いて使用済み光学材料を研磨し、
次の使用のための光学材料を提供すること、
を含む、光学材料を修理する方法。
