Claims (11)
- 柱形状の支持部と、
前記支持部の主軸に対して傾斜する状態で前記支持部に支持された可撓部と、を備え、
前記主軸に対して傾斜する前記可撓部の両主面のうち前記支持部と鈍角をなす主面に、部分的に起伏する起伏形状部を備える、逆止弁。 - 請求項1に記載の逆止弁と、
前記可撓部の変位により前記可撓部に覆われる位置に流体の流入口を有する第1の壁面と、前記第1の壁面に対向し、流体の流出口を有する第2の壁面と、の間に前記可撓部を収める弁室と、を備える、流体装置。 - 前記弁室の第2の壁面は、前記可撓部の変位により前記可撓部に覆われる位置に流体の流出口を有し、
前記起伏形状部は、前記流出口よりも前記可撓部の端部側に位置する、請求項2に記載の流体装置。 - 柱形状の支持部、および、前記支持部に支持された可撓部、を備える逆止弁と、
前記可撓部の変位により前記可撓部に覆われる位置に流体の流入口を有する第1の壁面と、前記第1の壁面に対向し、流体の流出口を有する第2の壁面と、の間に前記可撓部を収める弁室と、を備え、
前記可撓部の両主面のうち前記第2の壁面に対向する主面と、前記弁室の第2の壁面と、の互いに対向する領域の少なくとも一方に、部分的に起伏する起伏形状部を備え、
前記弁室の第2の壁面は、前記可撓部の変位により前記可撓部に覆われる位置に流体の流出口を有し、
前記起伏形状部は、前記流出口よりも前記可撓部の端部側に位置する、流体装置。 - 前記可撓部の両主面のうち前記第1の壁面に対向する主面は、前記支持部と鋭角をなす、請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の流体装置。
- 柱形状の支持部、および、前記支持部に支持された可撓部、を備える逆止弁と、
前記可撓部の変位により前記可撓部に覆われる位置に流体の流入口を有する第1の壁面と、前記第1の壁面に対向し、流体の流出口を有する第2の壁面と、の間に前記可撓部を収める弁室と、を備え、
前記可撓部の両主面のうち前記第2の壁面に対向する主面と、前記弁室の第2の壁面と、の互いに対向する領域の少なくとも一方に、部分的に起伏する起伏形状部を備え、
前記可撓部の両主面のうち前記第1の壁面に対向する主面は、前記支持部と鋭角をなす、流体装置。 - 前記可撓部の両主面のうち前記第1の壁面に対向する主面と、前記支持部と、のなす角部が段形状に構成された、請求項5または6に記載の流体装置。
- 前記支持部の上端が第2の壁面に接触して支持されており、前記角部に設けられた段形状の段部が、前記第1の壁面に接触して支持された、請求項7に記載の流体装置。
- 前記可撓部は、中心部で前記支持部に支持されてなり、
前記起伏形状部は、前記可撓部の周端部に沿って部分的に起伏する、請求項2〜8のいずれかに記載の流体装置。 - 前記起伏形状部は、前記可撓部の端部から離間する位置に設けられる、請求項2〜9のいずれかに記載の流体装置。
- 請求項2〜10のいずれかに記載の流体装置の前記弁室および前記逆止弁を、ポンプ室に連通する流路に設けた、ポンプ。
