Description
[1]発電要素を電解液とともに金属ラミネートフィルム材の内部に収容した構造を有する複数枚の蓄電セルを備え、前記複数枚の蓄電セルが、セル主面同士を対向させた状態で積層配置されかつ電気的に直列または並列に接続されている蓄電モジュールであって、ケース側面に露出口を有し、前記複数枚の蓄電セルが収容されたケースと、開口部を有する板枠状部材からなり、前記複数枚の蓄電セル間に介在して配置され、隣接するもの同士で係止し合うことにより相互の位置決めが図られる複数枚のスタックプレートと、前記開口部を覆う状態で前記スタックプレートに固定された平板部、及び、前記露出口に位置する前記平板部の端部を直角に折り曲げてなる折曲部を有し、前記蓄電セルの前記セル主面に対して密着して配置される伝熱金属プレートと、前記伝熱金属プレートの前記折曲部に伝熱絶縁シートを介して面接触状態で熱結合され、前記露出口から前記ケースの外部に突出する放熱フィンとを備えたことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。

Claims (3)
- 発電要素を電解液とともに金属ラミネートフィルム材の内部に収容した構造を有する複数枚の蓄電セルを備え、前記複数枚の蓄電セルが、セル主面同士を対向させた状態で積層配置されかつ電気的に直列または並列に接続されている蓄電モジュールであって、
ケース側面に露出口を有し、前記複数枚の蓄電セルが収容されたケースと、
開口部を有する板枠状部材からなり、前記複数枚の蓄電セル間に介在して配置され、隣接するもの同士で係止し合うことにより相互の位置決めが図られる複数枚のスタックプレートと、
前記開口部を覆う状態で前記スタックプレートに固定された平板部、及び、前記露出口に位置する前記平板部の端部を直角に折り曲げてなる折曲部を有し、前記蓄電セルの前記セル主面に対して密着して配置される伝熱金属プレートと、
前記伝熱金属プレートの前記折曲部に伝熱絶縁シートを介して面接触状態で熱結合され、前記露出口から前記ケースの外部に突出する放熱フィンと
を備えたことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 前記ケースは、樹脂製の絶縁ケースであり、前記放熱フィンは、前記ケースの外部に配置された固定金具を用いて前記ケースに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記折曲部は、前記スタックプレートの側面に沿うようにして折り曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の蓄電モジュール。
