Claims (8)
- 斜軸構造の液圧式ピストン機械のストロークボリューム調整装置であって、第一のピストン機械(1)が第二のピストン機械(2)に隣接して配置されているものにおいて、
両ピストン機械が作動管路(3)を備えており、この作動管路を介して両ピストン機械が液圧によって互いに接続され、かつピストン機械が調整可能な軸を備えており、この調整可能な軸が、共通の部材(4)が動くことにより調整可能な軸がともに調整されるよう、共通の部材(4)を介して接続されており、
その際、共通の部材(4)を調整するための手段(5)によって、共通の部材(4)の第一の位置においては、第一の液圧式ピストン機械(1)が小さいまたはゼロのストロークボリュームに調整されおよび第二の液圧式ピストン(2)が大きいまたは最大のストロークボリュームに調整され、および共通の部材(4)の第二の位置においては、第一のピストン機械(1)が大きいまたは最大のストロークボリュームに調整されおよび第二のピストン機械(2)が小さいまたは最小のストロークボリュームに調整され、
その際、共通の部材(4)が回転数設定に依存し、設定に応じて、第一の位置の方向または第二の位置の方向へ調整可能であり、および、作動管路(3)のうちの一つの中の先に定義された圧力が超過された場合は、共通の部材(4)が、回転数設定に依存せずに、第一の位置の方向へ調整可能であること、
電子制御ユニット(19)が、共通の部材の位置に依存して、および作動管路内の圧力に依存して、および回転数設定に依存して、共通の部材の調整装置を駆動することを特徴とする調整装置。 - 別の手動設定のための装置(22)が存在しており、この装置を使って共通の部材(4)が、別の装置(22)の操作の際に、作動管路(3)内の圧力に依存しかつ別の手動の設定(22)の操作に依存して、第一の位置の方向へ調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整装置。
- 共通の部材を調整するための手段(5)が、二重に作用する液圧式シリンダーとして形成されており、この液圧式シリンダーが、ロッドサイドの圧力であるその通常位置においては、共通の部材(4)を第一の位置に保持し、およびボトムサイド(33)の圧力加圧の際には、共通の部材(4)を第二の位置の方向へ調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整装置。
- 共通の部材が位置取得のためのセンサーと接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整装置。
- 作動管路(3)内の圧力が、圧力センサー(17)によって検出されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の調整装置。
- 電子制御ユニット(19)が、作動管路(3)内の先に定義された圧力の上方で、共通の部材を通常位置の方へ調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整装置。
- 第一のピストン機械(1)および第二のピストン機械(2)が、無段階の出力調整という意味で駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整装置。
- 第一のピストン機械(1)および第二のピストン機械(2)が、液圧式および機械式の分岐機構を有する液圧式機械式出力分岐型トランスミッション内に配置され、その際液圧式分岐機構が第一のピストン機械(1)および第二のピストン機械(2)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整装置。
