Claims (4)
- 太陽電池の電極に樹脂接着フィルムを用いて配線材を電気的に接続させる太陽電池モジュールの製造方法において、
樹脂接着フィルムを巻回しているリールから樹脂接着フィルムを引き出す工程と、
引き出した樹脂接着フィルムを接着する配線材に対応して2以上に分割する工程と、分割した2以上の前記樹脂接着フィルムを同時に太陽電池の電極上に貼り付ける工程と、
2以上の樹脂接着フィルムが貼り付けられた太陽電池の電極上にそれぞれ配線材を載せ樹脂接着フィルムを加熱して熱硬化させて太陽電池の電極と前記配線材を固定する工程と、を備えることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 太陽電池の表面側の電極に対応する樹脂接着フィルムを巻回している第1のリールと、
太陽電池の裏面側の電極に対応する樹脂接着フィルムを巻回している第2のリールと,を備え、
前記第1、第2のリールからそれぞれ樹脂接着フィルムを引き出す工程と、
それぞれ引き出した樹脂接着フィルムを接着する配線材に対応してそれぞれ2以上に分割する工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 分割されたすべての樹脂接着フィルムがリールの位置から太陽電池に貼り付ける位置までの距離が等しくなるように分割工程と貼り付け工程に至るまでの間に長さ調整機構が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂接着フィルムは,基材上に接着層が設けられており、太陽電池への貼り付け位置より下流側に基材を巻き取る巻き取り手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
