Claims (4)
- 熱間の密閉鍛造でハブ輪を成形する工程と、成形後にまだ赤熱の状態で、ハブフランジの外周に発生した縦バリをフランジ面に倒し込む工程とを有する車輪用軸受装置のハブ輪の製造方法。
- 縦バリを倒し込む工程が、据え込み、押出し、仕上げ打ち、の成形工程と同一の鍛造設備内で行われ、縦バリを上金型で押さえ込む請求項1の車輪用軸受装置のハブ輪の製造方法。
- 前記ハブフランジの外形が大径部と小径部が円周方向に交互に現れる非円形で、前記小径部の縦バリを倒し込む請求項1または2の車輪用軸受装置のハブ輪の製造方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項の製造方法によって製造された車輪用軸受装置のハブ輪。
