Description
US−A−2003/0135077には、云わゆるフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導合成原油を硫黄含有石油誘導ナフサ及びナフサの沸点範囲を超える処理原油誘導フラクションとブレンドする方法が記載されている。このフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成原油及び精製重質石油誘導部分はナフサ分解ユニットに送って処理する。

フィッシャー・トロプシュ反応は一酸化炭素及び水素を適当な触媒の存在下、通常、高温、例えば125〜300℃、好ましくは175〜250℃、及び/又は高圧、例えば5〜100バール、好ましくは12〜85バールで、長鎖、通常、パラフィン系炭化水素に転化する。

所望ならば、水素:一酸化炭素比は2:1以外にしてもよい。
このような熱転化工程は、一般に”分解”反応を行う転化工程と云える。このような熱転化工程では、大きい分子は小さい分子に破壊される。これは一般に接触分解法又は好ましくは熱分解法により行うことができる。
熱転化工程は水蒸気分解工程として行うことが好ましい。水蒸気分解中、非常に多くの化学反応が起こり、その殆どはフリーラジカル反応に基づいている。
この反応で生成する生成物は、原料の組成、炭化水素対水蒸気比、分解温度及び炉内の滞留時間に依存する。
(a)希釈ガス流の存在下で生成物の一部を蒸発させる工程、
(b)ガス/油混合物を高温に更に加熱する工程、及び
(c)加熱したガス/油混合物に対し熱転化工程を行って、プロピレン生成物を得る工程。
希釈ガスは第一段予備加熱器にパラフィン系ガス油1kg当たりガス0.5:1まで、好ましくは供給原料 1kg当たりガス 0.3:1までの量で添加することが望ましい。
イソ対ノーマル比が5.7のフィッシャー・トロプシュガス油(原料A)、イソ対ノーマル比が3.1のフィッシャー・トロプシュガス油(原料B)、イソ対ノーマル比が3.6のフィッシャー・トロプシュガス油(原料C)及びイソ対ノーマル比が0.74の標準の鉱物ナフサ供給原料(原料D)に対しSPYRO(登録商標)シミュレーションを行った。シミュレーションは、ガス及びナフサの両供給原料に対し設計された疑似商用炉で行った。SPYROシミュレーションは、US−A−4548706の実施例に記載のシミュレーションソフトウエアを用いて行った。
Claims (10)
- 希釈ガスと、ガス油の沸点範囲を有すると共に、イソパラフィン対ノーマルパラフィン(イソ対ノーマル)重量比が2〜5であるパラフィン系供給原料とのガス混合物に対し熱転化工程を行うことを特徴とするプロピレン及びエチレンの製造方法であって、
前記パラフィン系供給原料が炭素原子数10〜30の炭化水素を含み、かつ前記パラフィン系供給原料がD2887−04aで測定して95重量%を超えるものが150〜400℃の沸点範囲を有する、
前記製造方法。 - 前記パラフィン系ガス油が、95重量%を超えるパラフィンを含有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス油がフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ガス油である請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス油のイソ対ノーマル重量比が3〜4である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス油のうち95重量%を超えるものが170〜370℃の範囲の沸点を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス油は、15℃での密度が0.76〜0.79g/cm3であり、40℃での動粘度が2.5〜4.0cStである請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記熱転化工程を行う前に、ガス油に20〜100ppmの硫黄が添加される請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記希釈ガスが水蒸気である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記希釈ガスが一酸化炭素、水素、二酸化炭素及びメタンを含有する混合物である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱転化工程が水蒸気分解工程として行われる請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
