Claims (4)
- 少なくとも照明部と観察部とを設けた先端硬質部と、この先端硬質部に連結した湾曲管部と、この湾曲管部に連結した可撓管部とから構成される挿入部と、前記可撓管部の基端部を連結した本体操作部とからなり、この本体操作部からの遠隔操作により前記湾曲管部を湾曲させるために、少なくとも1本の操作ワイヤと、この操作ワイヤを押し引き操作するための湾曲操作部材を設けた内視鏡の湾曲装置において、
前記湾曲操作部材に連結して設けた前記操作ワイヤの先端を前記可撓管部の先端または前記先端硬質部に設けたワイヤ端固定部に固定し、
前記操作ワイヤは可撓性スリーブ内に挿通されて、この可撓性スリーブを前記本体操作部内または前記可撓管部の基端部位置と、前記可撓管部と前記湾曲管部との連結部とに固定して設け、
前記操作ワイヤを挿通させた前記可撓性スリーブを前記湾曲管部の内部にまで延在させて、その先端を非固定状態となし、
前記挿入部内には、光ファイバを含む挿通部材を挿通させて設け、前記可撓性スリーブはこの挿通部材により円周方向の位置規制を行うようになし、
前記可撓性スリーブの先端と前記操作ワイヤの先端の固定部との間の間隔を、前記挿入部の湾曲角度を規制しない範囲で前記湾曲管部内に位置させる
構成としたことを特徴とする内視鏡の湾曲装置。 - 前記湾曲管部は上下2方向に湾曲操作できるものであり、前記操作ワイヤは前記挿入部内の上下位置に2本設ける構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡の湾曲装置。
- 前記可撓性スリーブは密着コイルで構成したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の内視鏡の湾曲装置。
- 前記湾曲管部の内部には、ケーブルと光ファイバとが挿通されており、光ファイバは4分割されており、これらの光ファイバは前記ケーブルを中心位置に配置し、前記操作ワイヤを挿通させた可撓性スリーブを分割された光ファイバ間の位置に配置させる構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の内視鏡の湾曲装置。
