Description
図1は、本発明の一実施の形態に係る電池パックの分解斜視図である。まず、図1を参照しながら、電池パックの概略構成を説明する。図1は、電池パック1、及びこれに取り付ける各種付属部品を示している。素電池2は、厚さの薄い角形の外装缶内に、発電要素を内蔵したものである。素電池2は、例えば、角形リチウムイオン電池であり、携帯電話やモバイル機器等に用いられる。

Claims (2)
- 素電池に保護回路及び保護素子を取り付け、前記保護回路及び前記保護素子がカバー内に収納されている電池パックであって、
前記カバー内に内部フレームを備えており、
前記内部フレームは、前記素電池に固定され、かつ前記保護回路を支持しており、
前記内部フレームから突出したボスが、前記カバーに設けた孔を挿通しており、
前記カバーに設けた孔は、前記カバーの表面から窪んだ位置にあり、かつ、前記孔の周縁から延びた傾斜面であって前記孔の周縁から遠ざかるにしたがって前記カバーの前記表面に近づくように傾斜した傾斜面で囲まれており、
前記ボスの溶融変形により、前記カバーが前記内部フレームに固定されていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記カバーの融点は、前記内部フレームの融点より高く、前記カバーの融点と前記内部フレームの融点との差が10℃以上である請求項1に記載の電池パック。
