Claims (29)
- 第1の環境から第2の環境への流体の流れを制御する航空機(10)用の流出弁であって、
分離要素の開口部の領域内に配置し、前記第1の環境を前記第2の環境から分離するフレーム(12)と、
前記第1の環境と前記第2の環境の間で前記開口部を通る前記流体の流れを制御するために前記フレーム内で動くことができる第1のフラップ(14)及び第2のフラップ(16)とを有し、
前記フラップ(14,16)は、前記流体の流れに渦を作り出して騒音を減少させる突起(30,34,38)を有し、前記突起(30,34,38)は、前記フラップ(14,16)の表面から前記流体の流れの中に突出し、前記突起(30,34,38)は、互いに離間され、前記突起(30,34,38)の前記表面は、流れ方向に上向き傾斜を形成し、突起(30,34,38)は、前記フラップ(14,16)の相互接触領域(26,46)から離間された弁。 - 前記第1のフラップ(14)は、内側面(28)上の流れ断面に隣接する縁の近くに、輪郭(56)、側面、及び上面(62)を有する第1の突起(30)を備えた、請求項1に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記第1の突起(30)は、実質的に三角形の輪郭(56)を有し、前記輪郭の1つの角点は先端(58)を規定し、他の2つの角点が、前記輪郭の底辺(60)を規定する、請求項2に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記上面(62)と前記第1の突起(30)とは、凹状形成を有する、請求項2または3に記載の弁(10)。

- 前記第1の突起(30)の前記輪郭(56)を構成する前記三角形の前記先端(58)が、前記流れ方向に向いている、請求項3、または、請求項3を引用する請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記底辺(6)の長さ(b)と、前記第1の突起(30)の輪郭(56)の前記先端(58)から前記底辺(60)まで延在する前記縁の長さ(l)との比b/lは、少なくとも0.5であって、且つ、0.9を超えない、請求項3、または、請求項3を引用する請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記第1の突起(30)の高さ(h)と、前記第1の突起(30)の輪郭(56)の前記先端(58)から前記底辺(60)まで延在する縁の長さ(l)との比h/lは、少なくとも0であって、且つ、0.5を超えない、請求項3、または、請求項3を引用する請求項4〜8のいずれか1項に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記第1の突起(30)の前記上面(62)を規定する円筒の直径(d)と、前記第1の突起(30)の前記輪郭(56)の前記先端(58)から前記底辺(60)まで延在する縁の長さ(l)との比d/lは、少なくとも2であって、且つ、6を超えない、請求項2〜9のいずれか1項に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記第1の突起(30)は、前記流れ方向に横切って延在する列(50,52)を形成するように配置されている、請求項2〜10のいずれか1項に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記第1の突起(30)は、前記流れ方向を横切り互い違いに配置された列を形成するように配置されている、請求項11に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記第2のフラップ(16)が、外側面(44)上の前記流れ断面と隣接する縁の近くに第1の突起(38)を有する、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記第2のフラップ(16)は、内側面(32)上の前記流れ断面と隣接した縁の近くに、輪郭(70)、側面及び上面(72)を有する第2の突起(34)を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記第2の突起(34)は、実質的に台形の輪郭(70)を有し、前記輪郭(70)の前記平行な辺の短い方の辺は先端(80)を規定し、前記輪郭(70)の前記平行な辺の長い方の辺は底辺(78)を規定する、請求項14に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記第2の突起(34)の前記上面(72)は、平坦な形状を有する、請求項14〜15のいずれか1項に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記第2の突起(34)の前記先端が、前記底辺(78)の上流に配置されている、請求項15、または、請求項15を引用する請求項16に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記第2の突起(34)の前記先端(80)と前記底辺(78)を構成する縁が、実質的に前記流れ方向を横切って配置されている、請求項15、または、請求項15を引用する請求項16〜17のいずれか1項に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記流れ分離縁(76)が、前記第2の突起(34)の前記底辺(78)の近くに形成されている、請求項6を引用する請求項14〜18のいずれか1項に記載の弁(10)。

- 前記先端(80)の長さ(b3)と、前記第2の突起(34)の前記輪郭(70)の前記先端(80)から前記底辺(78)まで延在する前記縁の長さ(l)との比b 3 /lが、少なくとも0であって、且つ、0.4を超えない、請求項15、または、請求項15を引用する請求項16〜21のいずれか1項に記載の弁(10)。
- 前記第2の突起(34)の高さ(h)と、前記第2の突起(34)の前記輪郭(70)の前記先端(80)から前記底辺(78)まで延在する前記縁の長さ(l)との比h/lが、少なくとも0.1であって、且つ、0.5を超えない、請求項15、または、請求項15を引用する請求項16〜22のいずれか1項に記載の弁(10)。
