Claims (7)
- 正極無地部を有する正極板、負極無地部を有する負極板及び前記二つの極板の間に介在されたセパレータを具備し、巻回されて形成された電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が収容された外装ケースと、
を含み、
前記電極組立体の第1端部と第2端部には、前記正極無地部の両側屈曲部を含む一部及び前記負極無地部の両側屈曲部を含む一部が除去されて形成された正極タブと負極タブがそれぞれ位置し、
前記正極タブに付着した正極端子をさらに含み、
前記正極タブは、前記正極タブと前記正極端子とが付着した部分が折曲された状態で前記外装ケースに収容されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記正極タブは、V字、U字、またはS字状に折曲されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極端子の幅が前記正極タブの幅と等しいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記負極タブに付着した負極端子をさらに含み、
前記負極タブは、前記正極タブと前記正極端子とが付着した部分が折曲された状態で前記外装ケースに収容されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記負極タブは、V字またはU字状に折曲されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記負極端子の幅が前記負極タブの幅と等しいことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極タブは多数個が重なって構成され、前記負極タブは多数個が重なって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
