Description
(a)接着剤被覆複合フィルムのロールを提供するステップであって、接着剤被覆複合フィルムはポリマ裏材、剥離ライナの層、およびポリマ裏材と剥離ライナの層との間の放射線硬化性接着剤の層を含み、放射線硬化性接着剤の層の1つの主要面はポリマ裏材の1つの主要面と対面接触しており、放射線硬化性接着剤の層のもう1つの主要面は剥離ライナの層の1つの主要面と対面接触している、ステップと、
(b)無線周波数識別タグを保持するために、熱成形によって形成される部分を接着剤被覆複合フィルムから形成するステップと、
(c)熱成形部から剥離ライナの層を除去するステップと、
(d)複数の無線周波数識別タグを含むロールを提供するステップであって、各無線周波数識別タグの1つの主要面が保護フィルムの層の1つの主要面と対面接触している、ステップと、
(e)熱成形部の放射線硬化性接着剤の層に無線周波数識別タグを少なくとも部分的に埋め込むステップと、
(f)ポリマ裏材、無線周波数識別タグ、および保護フィルムの層を含むアセンブリを形成するために、放射線硬化プロセスによって無線周波数識別タグを定着するステップと、
(g)ポリマ裏材、1つの無線周波数識別タグ、および保護フィルムの層を含むアセンブリを形成するために、切断装置によってステップ(f)のアセンブリを切断するステップと、
(h)例えば容器などの物品をモールドで成形し、例えば容器などの成型品にモールドの中で無線周波数識別タグを取り付けるステップと、
(i)無線周波数識別タグが取り付けられる、例えば容器などの成型品をモールドから剥離するステップとを含む。

ここで図5を参照すると、接着剤被覆複合フィルム34が熱成形ステーション38に進入する前に、加熱ステーション36で接着剤被覆複合フィルム34を軟化させるために接着剤被覆複合フィルム34が事前加熱される。接着剤被覆複合被覆フィルムが事前加熱された後、接着剤被覆複合フィルム34は熱成形工程に入る。接着剤被覆複合フィルム34が熱成形ステーション38に進入すると、真空熱成形、加圧熱成形(容積式)、またはこれらの組合せによって、熱成形工程が実行されることが可能である。熱成形プロセスが実行された後、巻き取りリール40によって剥離ライナ134が巻き取られる。剥離ライナ134はその後、無線周波数識別ラベル(タグ)が紫外線硬化性接着剤の層に取り付けられる前に除去されて紫外線硬化性接着剤の層を露出する。
Claims (12)
- 無線周波数識別タグを自動診断分析器で使用するための容器に取り付ける方法であって、プロセスが、
(a)接着剤被覆複合フィルムのロールを提供するステップであって、接着剤被覆複合フィルムがポリマ裏材、剥離ライナの層、およびポリマ裏材と剥離ライナの層との間の放射線硬化性接着剤の層を含み、放射線硬化性接着剤の層の1つの主要面がポリマ裏材の1つの主要面と対面接触しており、放射線硬化性接着剤の層のもう1つの主要面が剥離ライナの1つの主要面と対面接触している、ステップと、
(b)無線周波数識別タグを保持するために、熱成形によって形成される部分を接着剤被覆複合フィルムから形成するステップと、
(c)熱成形部から剥離ライナの層を除去するステップと、
(d)複数の無線周波数識別タグを含むロールを提供するステップであって、無線周波数識別タグが保護フィルムの層と対面接触している、ステップと、
(e)熱成形部の放射線硬化性接着剤に無線周波数識別タグを少なくとも部分的に埋め込むステップと、
(f)ポリマ裏材の層、無線周波数識別タグ、および保護フィルムの層を含むアセンブリを形成するために、放射線硬化プロセスによって無線周波数識別タグを定着するステップと、
(g)ポリマ裏材、1つの無線周波数識別タグ、および保護フィルムの層を含むアセンブリを形成するために、切断装置によってステップ(f)のアセンブリを切断するステップと、
(h)物品をモールドで成形し、成型容器にモールドの中で無線周波数識別タグを取り付けるステップと、
(i)無線周波数識別タグが取り付けられる成型品をモールドから剥離するステップとを含む、方法。 - 物品が容器である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 容器がマイクロウェルプレートである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 成形ステップでインサート成形を採用する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 成形ステップで射出成形を採用する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接着剤被覆複合フィルムがステップ(b)に入る前に加熱される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 無線周波数識別タグがロールの形状で提供される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 放射線硬化性接着剤が紫外線放射によって硬化可能である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接着剤被覆複合フィルムが、
(a)ポリマ裏材を提供するステップと、
(b)二層複合フィルムを形成するために、放射線硬化性接着剤の層をポリマ裏材の1つの主要面に被覆するステップと、
(c)剥離ライナの層を放射線硬化性接着剤の層の1つの主要面上に付着させるステップとを含む方法によって用意される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 搬送ロール被覆によって2層複合フィルムを形成するために、放射線硬化性接着剤の層がポリマ裏材の1つの主要面上に被覆される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- ポリマ裏材、無線周波数識別タグ、および保護フィルムの層を含むアセンブリが、切断ステーションからモールドへ、搬送ベルトによって搬送される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリマ裏材、無線周波数識別タグ、および保護フィルムの層を含むアセンブリが、切断ステーションからモールドへ、ロボット機構によって搬送される、請求項1に記載の方法。
