Description
製薬産業又は化学産業においては多くの場合、繊細で有毒な物質が使用されるので、そのために装置の清潔さを維持するために多くのコストもしくは手間が掛かる。ノズルの一般的な閉塞は、プロセスの中断なしに排除できることが望まれている。また、生成物をプロセス室から取り出して、クリーニング実施後に再び供給する必要なしに、スプレ装置のクリーニングを実行できることが望ましい(簡便な取扱い)。生成物交換の前には装置全体を徹底的にクリーニングしなくてはならない。その他の臨界的な部材と並んで、特に、被覆剤のための中心開口と霧化空気を同軸的に供給するためのリング状の開口とを備えたスプレノズルのクリーニングは、困難である。
ゆえに本発明の課題は、冒頭に述べた形式の流動層装置用のスプレノズルを改良して、簡単な技術的な手段で流動プロセスを中断することなしにクリーニングを行うことができ、しかもその際にスプレ装置全体を除去する必要がない、流動層装置用のスプレノズルを提供することである。
図2は、図1に破線で示された区分を拡大して示す図である。
実施例には、製薬産業のための流動層装置における本発明によるスプレノズルが示されている。例えば錠剤原料を作用物質成分によって被覆することが望まれている。作用物質成分は懸濁液内に溶融されていて、その特殊な特性に基づいて環境に達することは好ましくない。従って全プロセスは流動層装置の内部において負圧下で行われ、排ガスは特殊なクリーニングを施される。
Claims (4)
- 流動層装置用のスプレノズルであって、液状の被覆剤のための中心の液体出口(15)と霧化空気を同軸的に供給するためのリング状の空気出口(17)とが設けられており、該リング状の空気出口(17)が保護体(1)によって画定されていて、該保護体(1)が流動層装置のハウジングの壁に保持されており、保護体(1)が中心孔(4)を有していて、空気管(6)を介して霧化空気用の源と接続されており、保護体(1)の内部において中心に、軸方向移動可能なノズルヘッド(14)が支承されていて、該ノズルヘッド(14)に中心の液体出口(15)が形成されている形式のものにおいて、ノズルヘッド(14)が中心孔(4)の内部における軸方向のストッパ(16)に接触しており、ノズルヘッド(14)が液体管(10)を介して液状の被覆剤用の源と接続されており、しかも液体管(10)が、空気管(6)の屈曲されている領域にフレキシブルな管区分(12)を有していて、空気管(6)の内部の中心において案内されており、液体管(10)が空気管(6)における閉鎖体(9)において軸方向移動可能に支承されていることを特徴とする、流動層装置用のスプレノズル。
- ノズルヘッド(14)を、液体管(10)を介してストッパ(16)に押圧する軸方向の力成分を生ぜしめるための外部装置が設けられている、請求項1記載のスプレノズル。
- 液体管(10)及びフレキシブルな管区分(12)が空気管(6)内において、半径方向の支持リング(13)を用いて中心においてかつ軸方向移動可能に支承されている、請求項1又は2記載のスプレノズル。
- ノズルヘッド(14)の内部に軸方向移動可能なクリーニングニードルが設けられており、該クリーニングニードルが、液体管(10)の内部において軸方向に案内されている操作装置と結合されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のスプレノズル。
