Description
次に比較例について説明する。絶縁板に、厚さ0.3mmの板状部を有し縦3.7mm横32.2mmの周縁部には厚さ0.3mm高さ1.2mmの側壁を設けたものを作製したものを用いた以外は実施例と同様にリチウムイオン電池を作製し比較例とした。

Claims (1)
- 電池缶の開口部よりセパレータを介して正極及び負極を積層して巻回した電池要素を収納し、前記開口部を、安全弁機構を組み込んだ蓋体にて封止してなる密封型電池において、
前記電池要素と前記蓋体との間に、前記安全弁機構を、該安全弁機構の全面に亘って覆う絶縁板を配設し、
前記絶縁板は、融点が120℃〜180℃のポリオレフィン系樹脂からなり、
前記絶縁板の前記安全弁機構を覆う部分の厚さは、前記絶縁板の側壁の高さと同じ厚さであることを特徴とする密閉型電池。
