Claims (8)
- 二酸化炭素を含む排ガスを発生する設備で用いられ、前記排ガスから二酸化炭素を回収するための二酸化炭素回収装置であって、
前記排ガスを冷却して、二酸化炭素が液化された状態の気液混合状態の流体とする熱交換手段と、
前記気液混合状態の流体から液化二酸化炭素を分離して回収する気液分離手段と、
を有し、
前記熱交換手段は、
前記液化二酸化炭素を用いて前記排ガスを予冷する第1の熱交換器と、
予め定められた冷媒を用いて前記第1の熱交換器で予冷された排ガスを冷却して前記気液混合状態の流体とする第2の熱交換器と、
を有することを特徴とする二酸化炭素回収装置。 - 前記設備は、液化炭化水素ガスを含有する液化炭化水素ガス混合物を原料として駆動される燃料電池であり、
前記予め定められた冷媒は、前記液化炭化水素ガス混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。 - 前記燃料電池は、溶融炭酸塩型燃料電池であり、
前記燃料電池のアノードには前記液化炭化水素ガス混合物から分離された水素が供給され、
前記燃料電池のカソードには少なくとも二酸化炭素及び酸素が供給され、
前記燃料電池のカソードに供給される二酸化炭素は火力発電所から発生する排ガス中に含まれる二酸化炭素であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。 - 前記第1の熱交換器を通過した液化二酸化炭素を回収する回収タンクを有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。
- 前記燃料電池は、前記液化炭化水素ガス混合物を気化して炭化水素ガス混合物とする熱交換部と、前記炭化水素ガス混合物を水素に改質する改質部とを有する燃料電池設備の一部であり、
前記液化炭化水素ガス混合物を前記第2の熱交換器で気化して、前記改質部に送ることを特徴とする請求項2記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。 - 前記燃料電池設備は、前記気液分離手段で分離された液化二酸化炭素以外のガス成分が供給される燃焼室を有し、
前記改質部は、加圧されて水蒸気と混合された炭化水素ガス混合物を水素に改質する改質室と、前記燃焼室から供給される燃焼ガスによって前記水蒸気の改質に必要な熱を供給する加熱室とを有することを特徴とする請求項5記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。 - 前記加熱室を通過した燃焼ガスを前記燃料電池のカソードに供給するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項6記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。
- 前記第2の熱交換器と前記熱交換部とを共用するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。
