Claims (5)
- 各電気デバイスから引き出された電極タブ同士を接続することで、複数の前記電気デバイスが直列及び/又は並列に電気的接続された電気デバイス集合体を製造する方法であって、
互いに接続される前記電極タブ同士を部分的に重ね合わせる工程と、
重ね合わせられた前記電極タブの先端がいずれも鉛直上方を向く姿勢で、前記電極タブの先端側から、前記各電極タブを部分的に溶融させて前記電極タブ同士を溶接する工程とを有する電気デバイス集合体の製造方法。 - 前記電極タブ同士を溶接する工程は、前記電極タブの各先端に対してエネルギービームを照射することを含む、請求項1に記載の電気デバイス集合体の製造方法。
- 前記電極タブ同士を部分的に重ね合わせる工程は、前記電極タブ同士を重ね合わせた重ね合せ部の一方の面に、さらに、導電性材料からなるバスバーを密着させて重ね合わせることを含み、
前記電極タブ同士を溶接する工程は、前記各電極タブと前記バスバーの少なくとも一方に対してエネルギービームを照射して、前記電極タブと前記バスバーとを接合する、請求項1又は2に記載の電気デバイス集合体の製造方法。 - 前記電極タブ同士を溶接する工程は、前記バスバーを介して前記電極タブ同士の前記重ね合せ部を押圧した状態で前記溶接を行うことを含む、請求項3に記載の電気デバイス集合体の製造方法。
- 前記電極タブ同士を部分的に重ね合わせる工程は、前記電極タブの各先端を揃えた状態で、前記電極タブ同士を重ね合わせることを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電気デバイス集合体の製造方法。
