Claims (5)
- 第1部材の摺動面と第2部材の摺動面とが、摩擦調整剤を含有する添加油潤滑下で相対的に摺動することにより新生面を生成するトライボケミカル反応促進面構造であって、
少なくとも一方の摺動面にサブミクロンオーダーの凹凸高さと間隔とを有するグレーティング状の周期構造を形成し、
前記グレーティング状の周期構造の方向を摺動方向と直交させるとともに、
一方の摺動面硬度を他方の摺動面硬度と相違させたことを特徴とするトライボケミカル反応促進構造。 - 前記グレーティング状の周期構造を低硬度側摺動面に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1のトライボケミカル反応促進面構造。
- 前記グレーティング状の周期構造を高硬度側摺動面に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1のトライボケミカル反応促進面構造。
- 少なくとも一方の摺動面に前記グレーティング状の周期構造より大きな高さと間隔とを有するうねりを形成し、このうねりに前記グレーティング状の周期構造を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項のトライボケミカル反応促進面構造。
- 前記グレーティング構造部は、加工閾値近傍の照射強度で直線偏光のフェムト秒レーザを照射し、その照射部分をオーバラップさせながら走査して、自己組織的に形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項のトライボケミカル反応促進面構造。
