Description
Claims (10)
- 略三角形の板状のセラミック羽根と当該セラミック羽根を接続した台座とから成る滑動電気アーク装置用セラミック電極であって、上記セラミック羽根は、先端部とヒール部とで規定される放電端部と、ヒール部から伸びた滑動電気アーク装置に接続される側の基部と、先端部から基部に向かって伸びた放電端部とは異なる背部との3辺部で規定され、当該電極を放電端部が対向する状態に平面的に1組配置した状態において、これら放電端部の離間距離がヒール部から先端部に向けて漸次増加する傾斜形状に放電端部が形成されており、上記の台座は滑動電気アーク装置内に上記セラミック羽根を取付けられるように構成され、セラミック羽根の放電端部が、羽根の背部側から放電端部側に向けて厚みが漸減する形状を有することを特徴とする滑動電気アーク装置用セラミック電極。
- 当該電極を放電端部が対向する状態に平面的に1組配置した状態において、これら放電端部の離間距離がヒール部から先端部に向けて漸次増加するセラミック羽根の放電端部が、セラミック羽根のヒール部から先端部に向けて、放電端部と背部との距離が非直線的に減少するように規定される請求項1に記載のセラミック電極。
- 当該電極を放電端部が対向する状態に平面的に1組配置した状態において、これら放電端部の離間距離がヒール部から先端部に向けて漸次増加するセラミック羽根の放電端部が、セラミック羽根のヒール部から先端部に向けて、放電端部と背部との距離が直線的に減少するように規定される請求項1に記載のセラミック電極。
- セラミック羽根が金属酸化物から成る請求項1に記載のセラミック電極。
- 金属酸化物から成るセラミック羽根がペロブスカイトから成るセラミック羽根である請求項4に記載のセラミック電極。
- ペロブスカイトから成るセラミック羽根がマグネシウムをドープしたランタンクロマイトから成るセラミック羽根である請求項5に記載のセラミック電極。
- セラミック羽根が炭化ケイ素から成るセラミック羽根である請求項1に記載のセラミック電極。
- 更に取付けタブがセラミック羽根に接続されており、当該取付けタブはセラミック羽根から実質的に垂直方向に広がる形状であり、滑動電気アーク装置内にセラミック羽根を取付けるための取付け台座を形成する請求項1に記載のセラミック電極。
- 取付けタブがセラミック羽根と一体化している請求項8に記載のセラミック電極。
- セラミック羽根が導電性セラミック材料から成る請求項1に記載のセラミック電極。
