Claims (4)
- 母材金属の表面にめっき層である第1層を形成し、次いでめっき層が形成された母材金属を溶融状のステアリン酸および/またはパルミチン酸に浸漬することにより、めっき層の上に第2層を形成することを特徴とする塑性加工用金属材料の製造方法。
- 前記めっき層として、銅めっき層を形成する請求項1に記載の塑性加工用金属材料の製造方法。
- 母材金属を硫酸銅水溶液に浸漬することにより、前記銅めっき層を形成する請求項2に記載の塑性加工用金属材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法により製造されたものである塑性加工用金属材料。
