Claims (9)
- 循環ポリマー溶融体(12)の少なくとも一部が再生処理された液体発泡剤含有ポリマー粒子(5)から製造される該循環ポリマー溶融体(12)、及びポリマー溶融体(11)から発泡又は発泡性ポリマー粒子(10)を製造する方法であって、該再生処理された液体発泡剤含有ポリマー粒子(5)を押出機(6)中で加熱装置(19)により溶融して該循環ポリマー溶融体(12)を形成する工程、及び該再生処理された液体発泡剤含有ポリマー粒子(5)に含有された液体発泡剤を該循環ポリマー溶融体(12)から脱気装置(13)中で除去する工程を含み、該ポリマー溶融体(11)は反応器(15)及び脱気装置(16)を含む重合プラント(1)中で直接に又は溶融装置(17)中でポリマー粒質物を溶融することにより製造し、該ポリマー溶融体(11)に流動性液体発泡剤(2)を装填して液体発泡剤含有ポリマー溶融体(18)が得られる様にし、該液体発泡剤(2)は次の混合装置(3)中で分散し均質化し、そして該液体発泡剤含有ポリマー溶融体の冷却を冷却装置(4)中で起こす前記の方法において、該押出機を側方押出機として設計し、それ故に該循環ポリマー溶融体(12)及び該ポリマー溶融体(11)をその後にポリマー溶融体(24)へと組合せ、次の混合装置(7)中で分散し均質化し、その後に発泡又は発泡性ポリマー粒子へと処理することを特徴とする前記の方法。
- 添加剤(14)を液体状又は固体状又は親練り状で該脱気装置(13)の下流において該循環ポリマー溶融体(12)に測定量添加する、請求項1に従う方法。
- 該液体発泡剤含有ポリマー溶融体(18)及び該循環ポリマー溶融体(12)を、粒状化装置(9)により行われる粒状化工程で、一緒に処理して発泡又は発泡性ポリマー粒子(10)を形成する、請求項1又は請求項2に従う方法。
- 該粒状化装置(9)により主として球状又は楕円体粒子を製造する、請求項3に従う方法。
- 該球状又は楕円体粒子が切断縁を含む、請求項4による方法。
- 該製造された粒子の丸み及び発泡特性を改良するために該粒子の連続的又は回分式熱処理を含む、前述の請求項1〜5の1項に従う方法。
- 再生処理された液体発泡剤含有ポリマー粒子(5)から循環ポリマー溶融体(12)を製造するための加熱手段(19)及び該循環ポリマー溶融体(12)を脱気するための脱気装置(13)を含む、該再生処理された液体発泡剤含有ポリマー粒子(5)を処理するための押出機(6)であって、その中に本質的に均質な循環ポリマー溶融体(22)が得られるように該循環ポリマー溶融体(12)を充分に混合するための混合装置21が設けられている該押出機(6)を含み、そして又ポリマー溶融体(11)を製造するための重合プラント(1)をも含み、該重合プラント(1)は反応器(15)及び脱気装置(16)を有するか、又はポリマー粒質物の溶融によりポリマー溶融体(11)を製造するための溶融装置(17)を有し、そして又混合装置(3)及び冷却装置も設けられており、該重合プラント(1)又は該溶融装置(17)の下流に液体発泡剤(2)を計量するための供給装置(23)が設けられている、発泡又は発泡性ポリマー粒子(10)の製造用プラントにおいて、該押出機(6)が側方押出機として設計され、該側方押出機の下流に混合装置(7)及び(又は)冷却装置(8)が設けられており、それらに対して該添加剤含有循環ポリマー溶融体(22)及び該液体発泡剤含有ポリマー溶融体(18)を一緒に供給することが出来ることを特徴とする前記のプラント。
- 該循環ポリマー溶融体(12)に添加剤(14)を混合するための計量装置(20)が該脱気装置(13)の下流に設けられている、請求項7に従うプラント。
- 該混合装置(3)及び(又は)該混合装置(7)が静的混合機であるか、又は該冷却装置(4)及び(又は)該冷却装置(8)が静的混合機/熱交換機を含んでいる、請求項7又は請求項8に従うプラント。
