Description
1.水性媒体中の反応の間の粉末表面上での粒子の自己組織化の原理による、粉末の分子でのコーティングによる方法
2.特定の被覆方法、好ましくは粉末の流動床処理による方法。
1つ以上の反応段階において、有機成分及び/又は無機成分を施与する。多段階工程において、例えば、所定の物質量の割合の有機成分を蒸留水中に導入し、次いでこれに歯科用粉末を添加し、約1分〜1時間の時間にわたって例えば撹拌により均質化することにより進行させる。自己組織化により、歯科用粉末の有機成分でのコーティングが行われる。次いで、この粉末から液体を分離(例えば、濾過)し、そしてこの粉末を10分〜15時間にわたって80〜200℃にわたって乾燥させる。場合によりわずかに生ずる塊を、振盪か又は緩やかな粉砕又は篩い分けにより破壊する。第2の反応段階においては、第2の水性液体に無機成分を混合/ドープし、そしてこれに既に有機成分でコーティングされた粉末を添加し、均質化し、乾燥させ、そして第1の反応段階により処理する。
1.被覆されていない歯科用粉末、
2.有機物質(PEG10000)及び無機物質(ZnCl2)で被覆された歯科用粉末、この被覆は実施例2による流動床技術による、
3.水溶液中の有機物質(PEG10000)及び無機物質(ZnCl2)で被覆された歯科用粉末、この被覆は実施例1により実施する。
被覆されていない歯科用粉末において、全ての規模の単離された粒子をSEM像中に認識でき、場合により個々の小さい粒子が他の大きい粒子上に存在するが、これはわずかである。
2.1 歯科用粉末の上述の有機物質及び無機物質での被覆の層厚は、完全に明らかに1μm未満であり、ことによれば更に100nm未満である。
この技術の場合にも、2.の記載が該当するが、但し大きい粒子に対する小さい粒子の数が幾分小さく、このことは異なる方法に起因する。
約900℃までの熱処理の間の歯科用粉末の収縮過程が、種々のパラメータにより影響を受けることは公知である。驚くべきことに、小さい粒子と付着する大きい粒子による特定の充填密度により、収縮に格別な利点がもたらされることを見出した。揮発成分(泥漿の液体、閉じられた空気等の遊離)の遊離と関連する収縮過程は、本発明にかかる歯科用粉末を用いると被覆されていない歯科用粉末と比べて顕著にわずかである。この試験の結果は、いわゆる低温範囲(焼結温度未満だけでなく、使用されたリューサイト−アパタイト−ガラスセラミックのガラスマトリックスの転移範囲未満でも)の収縮の物理的−化学的反応、揮発性ガス形成分の遊離及び粒子の活性化が特に重要であり、かつ本発明にかかる歯科用粉末の結果として所望の形状の歪み及び基体の浮きが焼結温度まで生じないことを示している。
水溶液中での無機粉末上への有機成分及び無機物質の単層の自己組織化
リューサイト−アパタイト−ガラスセラミックのPEG及びZnCl2での被覆:
32μmの平均粒度D50のガラスセラミック粉末60gの被覆のために、PEG溶液(PEG含有率:1.0質量%)26.58gが必要であった。
粉末及び液体の量は、3歯の歯科用金属ブリッジの粉末5.53g及び混合用液体2.45gでの被覆のために行われた予備試験で測定した。ガラスセラミック60gをビーカー中に秤量し、この溶液26.58gを添加し、そしてこれを蒸留水で100gに充填した。次いで20分にわたって撹拌した。次いで、この液体の粉末からの分離を、減圧でガラス焼結ヌッチェ及び吸引瓶を介する濾過により実施した。濾過ケークをすくい取り、そして80℃でかつ12時間の滞留時間にわたって乾燥させた。わずかに生じた小さい塊を圧力により粉砕した。
1.粉末:PEG6000でコーティングされたリューサイト−アパタイト−ガラスセラミック
a)は、ZnCl2コーティング前にPEGでコーティングされた粉末に相当する。
b)は、ZnCl2コーティング後にPEGでコーティングされた粉末に相当する。
a)PEG6000 2質量%:−73.8mVζ電位
b)+2.3mlのZnCl2 1M:+25.7mVζ電位
a)PEG10000 1.0質量%:−64.6mVζ電位
b)+1.7mlのZnCl2 1M:−20.6mVζ電位
ナノ被覆を有する歯科用粉末を、歯科技工試験において、不透明化剤で被覆された金属構造体上に施与した。この場合、粉末から蒸留水の添加によりすぐに使用できる泥漿を生じさせることにより行った。この泥漿を、不透明化剤で被覆された4歯の金属ブリッジ上に施与した。熱処理を、Ivoclar Vivadent AG社製のP100炉中で以下のパラメータのもとで行った:
− 加熱速度:60K/分で室温から890℃まで
− 400℃から890℃まで真空
− 890℃での滞留時間:1分。
出発材料として、実施例と同じリューサイト−アパタイト−ガラスセラミック粉末1kgを使用した。
供給空気温度:35〜40℃
噴霧圧力:1bar
ポンプ位置:30〜35%
噴霧量:約14.2ml/分
空気量:80〜120m3/h
被覆時間:70.5分
乾燥時間:24℃の生成物温度に達するまでの時間
Claims (21)
- 水性泥漿として使用するための、無機物質を有する1つの層及び有機物質を有する1つの層により、0.5nm〜1μmの全層厚で被覆された、アルミノシリケート系、アルミノホスホシリケート系又はアルミノボロシリケート系のガラス又はガラスセラミックから成る無機歯科用粉末。
- 層厚が0.5〜200nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無機歯科用粉末。
- 平均粒度が50nm〜100μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の歯科用粉末。
- 平均粒度が5〜50μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までの何れか1項に記載の歯科用粉末。
- 1つ以上の結晶相を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までの何れか1項に記載の歯科用粉末。
- 結晶相として、リューサイト又はフルオロアパタイト又はこれらの混合物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までの何れか1項に記載の歯科用粉末。
- 泥漿のゼータ電位が、+100〜−150であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までの何れか1項に記載の歯科用粉末。
- 泥漿のゼータ電位が、+50〜−80であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の歯科用粉末。
- 被覆が無機物質としてZnCl2又はAlCl3を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までの何れか1項に記載の歯科用粉末。
- 被覆が有機物質として水溶性ポリマーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までの何れか1項に記載の歯科用粉末。
- 合成ポリマー又は生体高分子を含有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の歯科用粉末。
- 合成ポリマーが、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエチレンイミン、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリエチレングリコール、(メタ)アクリル酸、マレイン酸、ビニルスルホン酸及びビニルホスホン酸のホモポリマー及びコポリマー、ポリビニルピロリドンであり、かつ生体高分子が、デンプン、アルギネート、ゼラチン又はセルロースエーテルであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の歯科用粉末。
- セルロースエーテルが、カルボキシメチルセルロースであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の歯科用粉末。
- 有機ポリマーが、ブロックポリマー及び櫛型ポリマーもしくはキレート化モノマー単位を有するホモポリマー及びコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項に記載の歯科用粉末。
- 請求項1から14までの何れか1項に記載の無機歯科用粉末の製造方法であって、
I.(1)有機成分を蒸留水中に導入し、
(2)歯科用粉末を添加し、
(3)均質化し、そして
(4)この液体を粉末から分離し、そして
II.(1)第2の水性液体に無機成分を混合し、
(2)段階Iで有機成分でコーティングされた粉末を添加し、
(3)均質化し、そして
(4)乾燥させる方法。 - 均質化を撹拌により実施することを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 粉末と液体との分離を濾過により実施することを特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
- 乾燥を80〜200℃で実施することを特徴とする、請求項15から17までの何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 無機成分及び有機成分の分散液を、流動床法により粉末上に施与することを特徴とする、請求項15から18までの何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から14までの何れか1項に記載の歯科用粉末を、金属不含歯科用修復物及び/又は金属担持歯科用修復物の製造に用いる使用。
- 金属不含歯科用修復物及び/又は金属担持歯科用修復物が、ブリッジ、クラウン又はパーシャルクラウンである、請求項20記載の使用。
