Description
この実施例は、乾燥時間と乾燥剤の添加量の間の関係に関する。
図に示すように、適当な乾燥時間を得るためには、トール油エステル中の乾燥剤、ナフテン酸コバルトの量は、0.3から0.6重量%の間で変化するべきである。
この実施例は、製造された圧縮成形部品の重量の分散への、結合剤中の乾燥剤量の影響を例示する。
Claims (10)
- 鉄又は鉄ベース粉末、並びに乾性油及び乾燥剤からなる結合剤を含む、圧縮成形部品を製造するための粉末冶金組成物であって、前記乾性油が、多価不飽和脂肪酸とポリオールとのエステル化により得られたエステルを含み、前記結合剤の量が前記組成物中の0.01〜1重量%の間であり、前記結合剤中の前記乾燥剤の量が0.01〜5重量%である、前記粉末冶金組成物。
- 前記多価不飽和脂肪酸が、トール油から又はアマニ油から誘導される、請求項1に記載の粉末冶金組成物。
- 前記ポリオールが、グリセロール、プロパン−1,3−ジオール、及びジペンタ−又はトリペンタエリスリトールの群から選択される、請求項1に記載の粉末冶金組成物。
- 前記乾燥剤の少なくとも1種の成分が、油溶性の、オクタン酸又はナフテン酸のZn、Co、Mn、Pb、Zr、又はCa塩の群から選択される、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の粉末冶金組成物。
- 前記乾燥剤がナフテン酸コバルトである、請求項4に記載の粉末冶金組成物。
- 前記結合剤の量が、前記組成物中の0.01〜0.5重量%の間である、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の粉末冶金組成物。
- 前記結合剤が0.5〜4時間の乾燥時間を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の粉末冶金組成物。
- 黒鉛をさらに含む、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の粉末冶金組成物。
- 少なくとも1種の潤滑剤をさらに含む、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の粉末冶金組成物。
- 合金元素、焼結助剤、被削性向上剤及び硬質相材料からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の粉末冶金組成物。
