Description
Claims (9)
- 二次電池の充電状態を推定する装置であって、
無負荷電圧と充電状態との関係を示す関係情報を記憶する記憶手段と、
前記二次電池の総放電量を検出する総放電量検出手段と、
前記総放電量と所定しきい値との大小関係に応じて、前記関係情報を補正する補正手段と、
補正された前記関係情報を用いて前記二次電池の充電状態を推定する推定手段と、
を有し、
前記記憶手段は、前記関係情報として、メモリ効果のない初期状態の関係情報と、メモリ効果の飽和した飽和状態の関係情報を記憶し、
前記補正手段は、前記総放電量が前記所定しきい値以上であれば前記初期状態の関係情報を前記飽和状態の関係情報に置換するように補正し、前記総放電量が前記所定しきい値より小さい場合には前記初期状態の関係情報と前記飽和状態の関係情報を所定の比率で混合して得られる関係情報に補正することを特徴とする二次電池の充電状態推定装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記所定しきい値は、400Ahから1600Ahまでの範囲のいずれかに設定されることを特徴とする二次電池の充電状態推定装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記補正手段は、前記総放電量が前記所定しきい値より小さい場合には前記初期状態の関係情報と前記飽和状態の関係情報を前記総放電量に応じて線形補間して得られる関係情報に補正することを特徴とする二次電池の充電状態推定装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記補正手段は、前記総放電量が前記所定しきい値より小さい場合には前記初期状態の関係情報と前記飽和状態の関係情報を前記総放電量に応じて非線形補間して得られる関係情報に補正することを特徴とする二次電池の充電状態推定装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記補正手段は、前記総放電量が前記所定しきい値より小さい場合には前記総放電量が400Ahまでは前記初期状態の関係情報とし、前記総放電量が400Ahから前記所定のしきい値までは前記初期状態の関係情報と前記飽和状態の関係情報を前記総放電量に応じて線形補間して得られる関係情報に補正することを特徴とする二次電池の充電状態推定装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記補正手段は、前記総放電量が前記所定しきい値より小さい場合には前記総放電量が400Ahまでは前記初期状態の関係情報とし、前記総放電量が400Ahから前記所定のしきい値までは前記飽和状態の関係情報に置換することを特徴とする二次電池の充電状態推定装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記補正手段は、前記総放電量が前記所定しきい値より小さい場合には前記初期状態の関係情報とすることを特徴とすることを特徴とする二次電池の充電状態推定装置。 - 二次電池の充電状態をコンピュータに算出させるプログラムであって、
メモリに前記二次電池の電圧及び充放電電流のデータを記憶させ、
プロセッサに前記メモリから前記電圧及び充放電電流のデータを読み出して回帰分析により無負荷電圧を算出させ、
前記プロセッサに総放電量を算出させ、
前記プロセッサに前記総放電量と所定のしきい値とを比較させ、前記総放電量と前記所定のしきい値との大小関係に応じて前記メモリに予め記憶された無負荷電圧と充電状態との関係を示す関係情報を補正させ、
前記プロセッサに、補正された前記関係情報及び算出された前記無負荷電圧を用いて前記二次電池の充電状態を算出させる
ものであり、
前記メモリは、前記関係情報として、メモリ効果のない初期状態の関係情報と、メモリ効果の飽和した飽和状態の関係情報を記憶し、
前記プロセッサに前記総放電量が前記所定しきい値以上であれば前記初期状態の関係情報を前記飽和状態の関係情報に置換するように補正させ、前記総放電量が前記所定しきい値より小さい場合には前記初期状態の関係情報と前記飽和状態の関係情報を所定の比率で混合して得られる関係情報に補正させることを特徴とするプログラム。 - 車両に搭載された二次電池の充電状態を推定する装置であって、
無負荷電圧と充電状態との関係を示す関係情報を記憶する記憶手段と、
前記車両の走行距離を検出する走行距離検出手段と、
前記走行距離と所定しきい値との大小関係に応じて、前記関係情報を補正する補正手段と、
補正された前記関係情報を用いて前記二次電池の充電状態を推定する推定手段と、
を有し、
前記記憶手段は、前記関係情報として、メモリ効果のない初期状態の関係情報と、メモリ効果の飽和した飽和状態の関係情報を記憶し、
前記補正手段は、前記走行距離が前記所定しきい値以上であれば前記初期状態の関係情報を前記飽和状態の関係情報に置換するように補正し、前記走行距離が前記所定しきい値より小さい場合には前記初期状態の関係情報と前記飽和状態の関係情報を所定の比率で混合して得られる関係情報に補正することを特徴とする二次電池の充電状態推定装置。
