Description
本防食剤は、熱可塑性ポリアミド樹脂を主成分とする。上記熱可塑性ポリアミド樹脂は、好ましくは、ダイマー酸および/またはジカルボン酸とジアミンとの組み合わせより構成されていることが好ましい。重ね合わせ引張せん断強度、伸び率、吸水率、溶融粘度等の各物性のバランスが良好であり、塗布性、防食性能のバランスに優れるからである。
次に、本被覆電線について説明する。
本ワイヤーハーネスは、上記本被覆電線10を含む複数本の端子付き被覆電線を束ねたものからなる。本ワイヤーハーネスにおいては、ハーネス中に含まれる被覆電線のうちの一部が本被覆電線10であっても良いし、全てが本被覆電線10であっても良い。
ポリ塩化ビニル(重合度1300)100質量部に対して、可塑剤としてジイソノニルフタレート40質量部、充填剤として重炭酸カルシウム20質量部、安定剤としてカルシウム亜鉛系安定剤5質量部をオープンロールにより180℃で混合し、ペレタイザーにてペレット状に成形することにより、ポリ塩化ビニル組成物を調製した。
上記作製した被覆電線の端末を皮剥して電線導体を露出させた後、自動車用として汎用されている黄銅製のオス形状の圧着端子金具(タブ幅0.64mm)を被覆電線の端末に加締め圧着した。

各種の防食剤を塗布した端子付き被覆電線を用い、ひび割れの有無の確認、防食性能の評価を以下のようにして行った。
各防食剤を塗布後、大気中に1日間放置し、ひび割れを顕微鏡を用いて目視観察した。ひび割れが見られなかった場合を○、ひび割れが見られた場合を×とした。
図3に示すように、作製した各端子付き被覆電線1を12V電源2の+極につなぐとともに、純銅板3(幅1cm×長さ2cm×厚み1mm)を12V電源2の−極につなぎ、端子付き被覆電線1の電線導体と端子金具との電気接続部および純銅板3を300ccのNaCl5%水溶液4に浸漬し、12Vで2分間通電した。通電後、NaCl5%水溶液4のICP発光分析を行ない、端子付き被覆電線1の電線導体からのアルミニウムイオンの溶出量を測定した。溶出量が0.1ppm未満であった場合を「○」とし、溶出量が0.1ppm以上であった場合を「×」とした。

Claims (4)
- 相手側端子に接続される接続部と被覆電線の電線導体の端末に接続される接続部とを有するコネクタ端子としての端子金具が被覆電線の電線導体の端末に接続されており、
熱可塑性ポリアミド樹脂を主成分とし、
JIS K6850に準拠して測定されるアルミニウム同士の重ね合わせ引張せん断強度が6.7N/mm2以上、
ASTM D−1708に準拠して測定される伸び率が100%以上、
JIS K7209に準拠して測定される吸水率が1.0%以下である防食剤により、
被覆電線の端末の絶縁体から端子金具の相手側端子に接続される接続部の基端と電線導体の先端との境界を跨いで該接続部の基端まで、電線導体と端子金具との電気接続部が覆われていることを特徴とする端子付き被覆電線。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリアミド樹脂は、ダイマー酸および/またはジカルボン酸とジアミンとの組み合わせより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子付き被覆電線。
- 前記電線導体は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金よりなる素線を含有してなり、前記端子金具は、銅または銅合金よりなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の端子付き被覆電線。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の端子付き被覆電線を含むことを特徴とするワイヤーハーネス。
