1,2−シンジオタクチックポリブタジエン結晶を含むポリブタジエンゴム(SPB含有BR):宇部興産(株)製のVCR617(1,2−シンジオタクチックポリブタジエン結晶分散体、1,2−シンジオタクチックポリブタジエン結晶の含有量:17重量%)

ミネラルオイル:出光興産(株)製のダイアナプロセスPA32
表1に示す配合処方にしたがい、バンバリーミキサーを用いて、硫黄および加硫促進剤以外の薬品を添加し、150℃の条件下で4分間混練りし、混練り物を得た。その後、得られた混練物に硫黄および加硫促進剤を添加し、2軸オープンロールを用いて、80℃の条件下で4分間練り込み、未加硫ゴム組成物を得た。得られた未加硫ゴム組成物を金型にてシート状に圧延し、170℃の条件下で12分間プレス加硫することにより、実施例1〜13および比較例1〜13の加硫ゴムシートを作製した。なお、実施例1〜13および比較例1〜13において、加硫促進剤の含有量は、同程度の硬度(Hs)となるように調整した。
前記加硫ゴムシートの作製工程において、バンバリーミキサーから得られた混練り物を、熱入れされたロール(温度:80℃)にかけ、8mm程度の厚さにした場合、ロールに適度な密着性で巻きつくこと、浮きやゴム落下がないことを目視にて以下のように評価した。

(株)岩本製作所製の粘弾性スペクトロメータを用いて、周波数10Hz、初期歪10%、動歪2%の条件下で、70℃における加硫ゴムシートの損失正接tanδの測定を行なった。なお、tanδが小さいほど、発熱が小さく、低発熱性に優れることを示し、tanδが0.16以下であれば、低発熱性に優れることを意味し、一般的なサイドウォール用ゴム組成物のtanδは0.16程度である。
ASTM D−1434−75M法にしたがい、加硫ゴムシートの空気透過量を測定した。そして、比較例1の耐空気透過性指数を100とし、下記計算式により、各配合の空気透過量を指数表示した。なお、耐空気透過性指数が大きいほど、加硫ゴムシートの空気透過量が小さく、加硫ゴムシートの耐空気透過性が向上し、好ましいことを示す。

Claims (2)
- ブチル系ゴム20〜60重量%、
ならびに
天然ゴム、イソプレンゴム、エポキシ化天然ゴムおよびスズ変性ブタジエンゴムよりなる群から選択された少なくとも1種のジエン系ゴム30〜80重量%を含むゴム成分100重量部に対して、
平均粒子径が25〜100μmかつアスペクト比が25〜100であるマイカを10〜50重量部、
カーボンブラック2〜30重量部、ならびに
シリカ5〜45重量部を含有し、
該カーボンブラックおよびシリカの合計含有量が20〜47重量部であり、
さらに、該マイカ、カーボンブラックおよびシリカの合計含有量が30〜80重量部であるインナーライナー用ゴム組成物であり、
前記ジエン系ゴムにおいてエポキシ化天然ゴムおよびスズ変性ブタジエンゴムの含有を必須とするインナーライナー用ゴム組成物。 - 請求項1記載のインナーライナー用ゴム組成物を用いたインナーライナーを有するタイヤ。
