Description
アミノ官能性ポリジメチルシロキサン10gを、2%グァー溶液90ml中に乳化させた。このエマルションを、水中のアルギン酸ナトリウムの1%溶液の同体積と混合した。引き続いて、この混合物を50%イソプロパノール中のCaCl2の0.1M溶液中へ滴加し、凝固したゲル球をろ過により分離し、ついで流動層乾燥器中で100℃で2質量%の残留水分まで乾燥させた。得られた粗大粉末は蒸留水中で数時間の期間にわたって変化を示さなかったが、しかしながら0.1M EDTA溶液中に、エマルションを完全に再形成しながら迅速に溶解した。
オレンジ油10gを、2%アラビアゴム溶液90ml中に乳化させた。このエマルションを、水中のアルギン酸ナトリウムの1%溶液の同体積と混合した。引き続いて、この混合物を、0.1M CaCl2溶液中へ滴加し、凝固したゲル球をろ過により分離し、流動層乾燥器中で60℃で2質量%の含水量まで乾燥させた。得られた粗大粉末は水に不溶であるが、しかしながら0.1M EDTA溶液中に迅速に溶解し、その際に曇ったエマルションが生じる。
Claims (20)
- 水に不溶であり、かつ金属イオンの放出により水溶性になるシェル材料からなり、多価金属イオンにより安定化されたシェル中にカプセル化されているランドリーケア成分の水中油型エマルションからなる、再分散可能な固形エマルションであって、ランドリーケア成分が柔軟剤である、再分散可能な固形エマルション。
- シェル材料が少なくとも1つの多糖である、請求項1記載の固形エマルション。
- 多糖が、酸基を遊離した形又は塩の形で含有している多糖である、請求項2記載の固形エマルション。
- 多糖が、アルギン酸塩、ペクチン類及びカラギナン類の中から選択されている、請求項2又は3記載の固形エマルション。
- 多糖が、アルギン酸、アルギン酸ナトリウム、アルギン酸カリウム又はアルギン酸アンモニウム、低エステル化又はアミド化されたペクチン、κ−カラギナン又はこれらからなる混合物から選択されている、請求項4記載の固形エマルション。
- 多糖が生分解可能である、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載の固形エマルション。
- シェルが多価金属イオンとして、Ca2+、Sr2+、Ba2+、Al3+、Cu2+、Zn2+の中から少なくとも1つを含有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の固形エマルション。

b)処理工程a)からのエマルションを水中のシェル材料の溶液と混合するか、又はシェル材料を処理工程a)からのエマルション中に溶解させ、かつ、ついで
c)処理工程b)からの混合物を、多価の金属イオンを含有している溶液中へ導入する

- 処理工程c)における沈殿溶液として、アルカリ土類金属塩の溶液を使用する、請求項11記載の方法。
- 処理工程c)における沈殿溶液として、水/イソプロパノール−混合物中の塩化カルシウムを使用する、請求項12記載の方法。
- 乳化剤として、場合により化学的に変性されていてよい、多糖を使用する、請求項9から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 処理工程c)から得られた粒子を分離し、場合により洗浄し、乾燥させる、請求項9から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 接触乾燥器又は流動層乾燥器中で乾燥させる、請求項15記載の方法。
- ランドリーケア剤における、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の再分散可能な固形エマルションの使用。
- ランドリーケア剤が、金属イオンを結合させる成分を含有する、請求項17記載の使用。
- 金属イオンを結合させる成分が、ゼオライト類、EDTA及びその塩、ポリリン酸塩、ピロリン酸塩、カルボキシメチルオキシスクシナート類、ポリアクリラート、クエン酸塩及びニトリロ三酢酸塩から選択されている、請求項18記載の使用。
- ランドリーケア剤が粉末洗剤である、請求項17又は18記載の使用。
