Claims (13)
- 複数の画素を備えた表示板と、
複数の感知信号線と、
前記表示板の前記画素内部、画素間または画素外部に配置されて前記感知信号線に接続され、外部光の受光により電流を発生し、発生した電流を光感知信号として前記感知信号線に出力する光感知部と、
前記表示板の前記画素内部、画素間または画素外部に配置されて前記感知信号線に接続され、使用者の接触によって共通電圧が印加されることによって、前記共通電圧に基づいた電流を発生し、発生した電流を接触感知信号として前記感知信号線に出力する接触感知部と、
複数の前記感知信号線と接続され、当該感知信号線に出力された感知信号に基づいて、使用者による接触の有無及び接触位置を検知する信号読取部と、
を備えることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記表示板は第1基板及び前記第1基板に対向する第2基板を有し、
前記接触感知部は前記第1基板に形成されている共通電極と前記第2基板に形成されている入力端子電極とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記共通電圧は前記共通電極に印加されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記接触によって前記共通電極と前記入力端子電極が電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1基板上に形成され、前記入力端子電極に向けて突出した突出部をさらに備え、
前記共通電極は前記突出部上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記突出部と前記入力端子電極との間の距離が0.1μm〜1.0μmであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1基板と前記第2基板を支持し、前記突出部の間に形成されているカラムスペーサをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記接触感知部の解像度が前記光感知部の解像度以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記光感知部の解像度は前記液晶表示装置の解像度の1/4倍の解像度を有することを
特徴とする請求項8に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記接触感知部に接続されている感知信号線と前記光感知部に接続されている感知信号線が交互に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 複数の前記光感知部に各々接続されている複数の前記感知信号線が互いに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記光感知部に接続され、前記感知信号が前記感知信号線に出力されることを許容するスイッチを制御するための複数の感知走査線をさらに備え、
隣接した二つの前記感知走査線が互いに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記共通電圧は1水平周期毎にハイレベルとローレベルをスイングし、フレーム毎に反転し、
前記光感知部及び前記接触感知部は前記共通電圧が前記ハイレベル及び前記ローレベルのいずれか一つのレベルである時、前記光感知信号および前記接触感知信号を各々出力することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液晶表示装置。
